Totally let down by this Company (CCBD Group)
Totally let down by this company, promised we would get lots of project opportunities but was barely sent any, only a mockup job that we are still chasing payment for months down the line which will now end up in court with no help from CCBD Group.
Also promised that if we weren’t awarded any contracts then we would be refunded our £5000 signing up fee, numerous emails and calls with Chris Cordner we still haven’t received a response, happy to discuss our experience with anyone whose thinking about signing up with CCBD Group.

This is all untrue, we had contacts with the client they put us in contact with since 2020. In regards to the mockup work we undertook we have since spoken to them and they are no longer working with this client so this work for 64 apartments would not be coming to us and as stated above we have now got to refer it to court to get paid for the work.
If the calls are recorded you will clearly be able to see the amount of chasing we had to do to find out if we any tenders coming our way.
I did not refuse to attend a Meeting to discuss but asked Chris Cordner to come to my office for a Meeting, his reply was he was going to speak to his Director.

We would firstly like to clarify that yes you were awarded the mastic work for a show home in order to demonstrate your quality of work and service to the client. We will add that the work was not just mastic for a show home but the show home for a new development of 64 flats of which the mastic will need completing.
We will also confirm that we are now working on behalf of a developer who you have spoken to in the past and priced work for previously but was unsuccessful in being awarded the work.
As our client, we approached you to take the work on and to reignite the opportunity as we are now acting on their behalf, you have now tried to deal with the client directly so that we are pushed out of the way therefore avoiding the percentage on work won through us and also for you to still try and claim the guarantee, which is breaching your contract with us under section 9.1 of the terms of service.
We will also note that we have recorded calls to the members of your team discussing this development, the feedback as you priced the wrong unit quantity, what you need to do when pricing and supporting you in moving it forward, again of which you are now stating this opportunity hasn't come from us and we have no part in it.
I will also note that the Managing Director requested a meeting with you to discuss this matter of which you declined.
Whilst we are disappointed in this result, we wish S K Sealants all the best moving forward.
CCBD did what we needed
Sam and Chris were professional, did what we needed, and helped McLaren with our public sector BD approach - ultimately getting us in front of the right people at the right time.
