I've shopped at CDJapan for at least 16 years and I've never had an issue with them. They offer a wide variety of products with a number of shipping options and great incentive to come back with their points you can use towards a discount. They are the first place I look when I want to get an import item from Japan. They come highly recommended and the only place that provides such beautiful green shipping paper.

I have ordered from CDJapan on a few occasions. I live in Europe and have never experienced a bad order. It's an excellent site for everything from the Japanese entertainment industry. They also have great customer service.

As of writing this, I have placed nearly 50 orders through CDJ with no major issues to note. They've always been quick to reply to any emails about orders and also let me know as soon as there are any changes due to supply status, release changes, etc... The only issue I've ever had was due to the manufacturer making the package extremely large, thus drastically changing the shipping charge. CDJ emailed me about the issue along with the new amount and gave me the option to continue or cancel the order because of the increase.
They also typically offer 3-5 different shipping options covering low-price surface travel, mid-price 1-2 week EMS, and 3-5 day FedEx/DHL. Options to fit everyone's budget and needs.

Fundamentally, this is an excellent site to purchase items from Japan. The site is a bit inconsistent and buggy at times however, more than often issues get resolved and the customer service is easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend it if you are interested in buying any Japanese memorabilia

I've been using CDJapan since 2018. Excellent service always. Reliable. Shipping fee although a bit high but very fast and packaging wise. My items bought from CDJapan, mostly DVDs and figurines never been damage from shipping. Payment method also easy and convenient. I recommend it!

I have been using CDJapan since 2014 and I can honestly say that they have never disappointed me once. Everything that I've ordered ships very quickly, very well packaged and always arrives in pristine condition :) I really love this site and it's ALWAYS my go-to website whenever I want to order an album or DVD from Japan!

Sometimes I buy things from them and the highest plus I can give is how well the items are packaged. Even if the parcel has got more than one product, each of them is carefully protected with bubble wrap, etc. The only downside I've got to point out is a lack of VAT charge at checkout. If the site ever implements it it would be less of a headache to import things inside EU.

I've been ordering from CD Japan for probably 6 years now. They have an amazing selection of magazines and CDs and they're always my first choice when an artist from Asia drops a new CD. Great availability and packaging. Shipping is always fast, and while it *seems* costly, its a lot less than you or I would pay if we shipped a similar package internationally.
