This is a scam, absolute scam. They sell Windows 7 keys to you instead of Windows 10. I have screenshots of my support agent not wanting to issue me another key.

They are hackers located in China and are stealing your money with fake products. DO NOT BUY TRUST ME!!!! Also, after my support I ended up getting a very strange bug on my computer that my developer looked into. He thinks that the key they gave me was used to steal my information. Not verified yet, but I honestly wouldn't doubt it. Go to G2A if you don't want to be scammed or potentially have your info stolen.

Website promises instant CD Key after purchase with 24/7 customer service. Neither of these are true and I highly recommend to never purchase from this company.

I bought an UT III key and even after 6 days I did not receive anything. Nobody respond on e-mail. I have opened a transaction dispute on PayPal.

bad company no service no key no answers they are just not there

I bought 2 SimCity Limited Editions and never received the keys. I sent them multiple emails about this but received no reply. Many people are having the same problem and complaining on their Facebook page. I have now opened a transaction dispute on PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back.

Got BF3 (Russian ED) for 11£ it was not instant delivery despite the advertising saying it was, i got it after 8+ hours but I DID GET IT IN THE END. And it worked fine, but it has made me think twice about using them again.

After my previous negative experience, I decided to give them another try. Again, they failed to deliver.

Unhelpful post-sale support, and refund took several days (almost two weeks) to be received via PayPal.

Price is good but the delivery is slower then the other sites. I waited about 12 hours.

It's a good company. My order went through and was processed correctly. My only gripe, the only thing that stops me from giving it the full five stars, is that I wasn't informed that the key will take at least 24 hours to arrive. Other than that, they've been an excellent partner in business.

My transaction was fast, secure and I happy with that but they never sent me the cd key to my email, so I don´t understand why you have to register to buy if they didn´t use my email address to send me the cd key.

Besides, I would like that they have all games I would like to buy so I wouldn´t to go to another store to buy it.

It has been 24 hours, i havent got my DEAD SPACE 3 CD key... they do not reply my emails. I made a huge mistake buying from them...

This website has a good selection of games and I did not have a problem when I purchased a cd key. The only problem is that I asked a question a few days ago and they have not answer my question yet.

I was sceptical about using these people especially with many people complaining about their legitimacy but I'm pleased it work. The money went through and 5 mins later I got a key for my game. The key works so that's good. I didn't get an email of the key but I had to login to the account to find it which was annoying.

Apart from that, pleased it went through fine.

Great price, key ship one day later but functional.
