Wonderfull safari trip

They cheated me out of 150€! Do NOT use them!!
I had booked 3 tickets to Sagrada Familia in Barcelona for a total of 150 Euro with Ceetiz on September 22nd. I received a voucher that was to be changed into a ticket by a local travel agent, Julia Travel. When we arrived at the agent, they told us that the tickets were sold out, they had apparently told ceetiz to cancel our booking but nothing had happended. I have written to Ceetiz twice asking for my money back but got no reply. So we got no tickets and got cheated out of 150 Euros. Do not use this company, they are fraudsters!

I have filled out my online booking…
I have filled out my online booking form after purchasing a groupon dubai explorer pass. I recieved an email saying you couldn't find my details after I asked why I hadn't recieved my ceetiz voucher. I filled out my booking form again and have been repeatedly emailing for my ceetiz voucher. I am due to fly out today and I have not been able to book any activities for the 5 days I am there. This has cost me pt of money for my whole family and I am panicking we will not be able to use the voucher in the time I'm there. Please can someone respond straight away -groupon vouchers should be under lead passenger names shahid lateef and salma khan. I await your response !!!!!

When you purchased on Groupon, it was specified that it could take up to 5 days to process your booking. Your booking was processed on Monday 25 July 2022 and you received your vouchers at the same time.

I booked a guided tour of the Vatican, got a confirmation and the price was immediately charged to my credit card. When I went a couple of days later to the agreed meeting place (very early in the morning), my name was not on the list and only after some phone calls did it turn out that the tour guides had not confirmed my place on the tour, which begs the question why Ceetiz had confirmed to me immediately despite there being no place. Ceetiz did not bother to tell me and blamed it on the tour guides "since they had not communicated them alternative dates". Talking about potentially ruining a precious day of the holidays (by sheer luck and coincidence, I managed to get on a tour where there was a no-show but had to pay again....)..... at least Ceetiz promised to reimburse me and indeed did so after some days. By the way, and that's now almost only a footnote given how they managed to mess things up, Ceetiz promised maximum 15 people on the tour I did not get on but there were 25. To summarize it: tour wrongly described, confirmed although there was no place, no information and I had to find out only after having gone to the meeting place, money charged immediately but later reimbursed and lame excuses about why they did not bother to inform me in due course. Clearly not a well-managed company - stay away !.

We are truly sorry that your experience with Ceetiz did not turn out as you expected. For the visit of the museums of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel, the confirmation is sent directly but in this case, our provider had no more availability for the date concerned and forgot to communicate new dates to us. We contacted the provider again but his response was very late.
The visit is supposed to take place in small groups. We will investigate and we will send the information to the service provider if the number of people is not respected.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and wish you a good day.

We have booked a visit in the Atlas in 4x4 to discover the Berber culture. It was a one day trip with the visit of a grain mill and a typical Berber lunch.
A mini van came to pick us up, the only stops we made were: after almost 2 hours on a the side of the road to take a picture of a valley, a woman's association producing argan oil and the lunch break.
Ang guess what, the mill was in fact the stone tool that a woman from the "association" was using at the entrance of the shop to show people how the were smashing Argan beans!! And the typical Berber meal...a cheap tajine with French fries and a fruit salad?? So we paid 86 euros per person for a 6-hour cab trip around the mountain to see nothing! This is a joke and a pure theft! I have been trying to be refunded for 2 weeks and they keep telling me they are waiting for some answers from their local partner...never ever again will I work with thepe people!!

On an expedition to the Atlas Mountains in Marrakech, travelers are mainly attracted by the beauty of the landscape. It is a 4x4 excursion with a driver-guide based on the observation of nature and the discovery of the Berber culture as mentioned in the description of the activity.
During this excursion, your driver-guide is supposed to take you through the steep paths and different villages by car. You say that you only saw one valley and therefore we have forwarded your comment to our staff and our provider in Marrakech in order to understand what happened on site.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Purchased a NY pass through groupon which i couldnt then use due to covid lockdowns! Have emailed about a refund or changing location of voucher to uk, with being told no and that groupon would have to agree to refund! Now as the merchant, YOU are responsible to refund especially as you you have received the money from groupon and can keep extending the vouchers!!!!!! Seems im not the only one having this trouble either!

Very unprofessional and unhelpful
Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I have emailed 3 times and have had no response. All I want is an email which Groupon has asked for confirming I never got to use the New York Pass because of shutdown. I’m not asking for much, I paid for a service that I’ve not been able to use (so sale of ticket was not fit for purpose). My booking was CE20021500140 if Ceetiz can help
with the email I require.

The last super tickets
My friend forgot to purchase tickets to an event that was very important. I was frantically looking for tickets last minute. I stumbled across their site and purchased at two different times. No response. We were unsure if we were going to be able to get into the event because the company would never respond. Finally got a response a day before the activity stating it was cancelled. Luckily I had found other tickets and was able to purchase other tickets the day before as well. If you’re looking for something last minute don’t count on these guys they will give you false hope.
