This company is pure scam. I’ve booked tickets for Disneyland Paris and trip had been cancelled due to COVID by Ceetiz, never been given option for full refund. When logged in to the account on Ceetiz website it’s marked that trip has already been made and nothing has been credited. They’ve charged about £140 for venue that never happened !!!! I’ve emailed them for refund and no response whatsoever !!!
100% scam to get peoples money, cancel tickets with any excuse and ignore emails !!! There’s not even contact number to contact them on their website !! Disgusting and will never recommend those thieves to anyone !!!

Nous sommes navrés d’apprendre que votre expérience avec Ceetiz n’aie pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant votre excursion, nous n’avons pas eu de confirmation de la part de notre prestataire local et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans l’impossibilité de valider votre activité. Bien évidemment, vous n’avez pas été débité du montant de votre dossier.
Par ailleurs, tout comme pour la très grande majorité des opérateurs du tourisme, les annulations réalisées entre le 1 er mars et le 15 septembre de prestations réservées avant le 11 mai, ont donné lieu à des remboursements sous forme d'à valoir pour nos clients, et ce conformément à l'arrêté ministériel promulgué le 25 mars 2020. Cet à-valoir est valable jusqu’au 31 décembre 2022 et peut être utilisé sur l’ensemble du catalogue Ceetiz.
Enfin, si vous n'avez pas utilisé votre A-valoir dans les 18 mois suivant la date de l’annulation, vous pourrez alors faire une demande de remboursement et celui-ci vous sera naturellement remboursé.

First of all, we want to apologize for the situation encountered. We are dealing with a massive amount of cancellations these days due to covid-19.
If for millions of customers, travel agents have to refund all departures that are impossible due to the virus, while themselves have already paid all or part of these services to their suppliers, they are simply unable of doing so.
It is the same for Ceetiz: we cannot manage millions of situations in 1 week as we manage a few dozen in a year.
Once again, we apologize for the situation.
Please note all our direct customers who request it can get a credit available until December 31, 2021, on the 10,000 activities on our website, including France. Through this proposal, we are going well beyond the recently published government decree.
