Great customer service by Carinne and great communication all the way through

Ordered some Prada sunglasses through Céline opticians. They arrived perfectly in packaging. I would just like to note delivery on purchased said 3-5days. However was more like 14 days. When queried I was told they are ordered from supplier when purchased which causes delays. Would be helpful to let customers know on purchasing as then they wouldn’t be worrying why the item hasn’t been dispatched. I tried to communicate through what’s app but only received an auto response and no reply. Contacted through email and received a response. Just a heads up for anyone ordering.

I love my new Prada glasses. The wait time was a lot but it was so so worth it!

Item came on time and customer service was great when I called to check on my order. I don't speak French but they got someone who speaks English and he was wonderful.

Still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks and they stopped communicating with me via email. When you call the phone number it is a voice message with no options to leave a message or speak to anyone. Avoid this retailer.

I was in search of sunglasses by Celine that were sold out EVERYWHERE. The service is top tier, they answer emails promptly and they worked through a bit of trouble we had with tracking flawlessly. I would highly recommend them and will source them again for special pieces.

I placed my order for sunglasses on July 5, and they didn't even ship until July 22—and only after I sent two emails asking about the delay. As of today, my order still hasn't arrived, even though it's well past the estimated delivery timeframe.

To make matters worse, the sunglasses went on sale the day after I placed my order. I contacted customer service and asked if they would honor the discounted price, but my request was completely ignored.

Another surprise was the additional costs. Not only do you pay the 15% tariff at checkout, but UPS also charges another flat fee before delivery. These extra charges were disappointing and made the overall experience even worse.

Between the lack of communication, the excessive shipping delay, the ignored request for a price adjustment, and the unexpected delivery fees, this has been a very frustrating experience. Unless this situation is made right, I will not be ordering from this company again. I cannot recommend buying from them based on my experience.

Fast shipping and the sunglasses were exactly as described—I would definitely buy from them again! My only issue was that I was charged an unexpected import/customs fee to ship from Europe to the USA, which I wasn't made aware of beforehand. Great product overall, just keep the extra international shipping fees in mind!

OK, the glasses are reasonably priced, but what you don’t see stated clearly is that you’ll be hit with import duties and a handling charge. You might think because the prices are in £sterling tax is paid but it is not. We ended up paying £40 on a pair of sunnies costing £130!!

Awful service. Order placed in June, I have been chasing when my order was being delivered, was told numerous times it would be shipped but just been advised now discontinued. No email to advise, only found out when I called. Do not use

I placed an order with Celine Roland in the UK over a week ago for a pair of Gucci sunglasses. It has now been more than eight days, and I still haven't received any dispatch confirmation or shipping update.

Since placing my order, I've tried contacting the company multiple times by phone, WhatsApp, and email, but I have not received a response through any channel. My payment was taken immediately, yet I have no information about the status of my order.

I'm extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and communication. As things stand, I've paid for an item that has not been dispatched, and I have been unable to get any assistance or update from the company.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution before ordering from this organisation.

Great customer service beforehand, fast delivery and great sunglasses!!!

STAY AWAY---very poor exerpeice as a return customer. Ordered a pair of sunglasses and now am being charged for import fees and tariff. NONE of this is disclosed when purchasing the glasses. When I contacted the company regarding this, they stated it in their general disclosures. I looked through this and it was not. I asked them to refund me and they refused. I would NOT recommend nor will I ever order from them. VERY VERY deceptive practices.

Quick delivery and good customer service

I got my sunglasses at a much better price than what other sites were asking for. They were packaged well for shipping and came in perfect. It took a little longer to get them but they were worth the wait !!
