I ordered Cartier eyeglasses from Celine Roland March 26. I am still waiting on my order to date which is May 12 about to be two months. I constantly email them for a status and there’s no real concrete answers. All I got in response is Sorry for the delay the item is being ordered from a third party and it will take another 3-4 weeks It’s been over a month going on 2 months. No one ever answers the phone when I call. This service is horrible.

I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses from this website, but there has been a significant delay in delivery—18 days have passed and I have yet to receive the package. The item was intended as a birthday gift, and unfortunately, the occasion has now passed.

After my review here they sended me an email with a screenshot of refund, flagged my review "for containing defamatory contentand" and blocked my customer account on their website.
My crypto exchange says that there is not enought evidence to refund, becouse they only sended me a screenshot, I wrote them back, but they do not answer on my emails again.
This is the worst company I ever dealt with.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a pair of Fendi sunglasses at more than 30 percent off what the other stores were charging (and that should have been my first warning sign) and received it after a couple of weeks. BUT THERE WERE NO SUNGLASSES IN THE CASE! I called up customer service and they asked me to send photo evidence of what I had received. I did and they emailed me within 45 minutes saying they had checked their surveillance cameras and saw that the glasses had been packed. This is an obvious lie as all the glasses are in theory shipped from the brand company (so Fendi) and there was no way they would have been able to get in touch with the company and see the surveillance camera video all in 45 minutes. This is a huge scam and highly misleading by all the positive Trustpilot reviews , which are fake! I will be seeking legal recourse.
P.S. just to clarify their ridiculous reply below to my review , when I enquired a week after I made the purchase as to why the glasses had not arrived yet, they replied saying the reason for the delay was that they were being packed and sent from the Fendi warehouse (this was obviously also a lie, please check all the other MANY negative reviews stating the same thing). I have this written in a previous email from them and will be seeking legal recourse. So please don’t be fooled by their replies to the terrible comments. They are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!!

I was initially a bit skeptical about ordering sunglasses from France to the UK, but with such a competitive price, I decided to take the risk—and I’m so glad I did!
From start to finish, the communication was excellent. I was informed that delivery could take up to a week since the glasses were being shipped from the official supplier and coming from abroad. After six days without receiving a tracking number, I became slightly concerned and reached out to Céline Roland Opticien. Their customer service team were very helpful and reassured me that I would receive my tracking details soon—which I did the very next day.
Once shipped, the glasses arrived remarkably fast—I received them the day after dispatch! I absolutely love my purchase and am so happy I took the chance on ordering from this store. While I’ve seen some negative reviews about shipping times, I personally found the service great, receiving my order within just eight days.
A quick note for UK buyers: if you’re ordering from abroad, be mindful that you may need to pay import duty. However, even with this additional charge, the total price was still much more competitive than any retailer I found in the UK.

sunglasses never delivered and company doesn’t give answers
Ordered sunglasses on the 1st of January and they were supposed to be delivered immediately. Now 15 days later there is no update on the delivery. The company doesn’t seem to know what the issue is and say they will update me if there is any progress.. it’s been a week now that I’m contacting them and there are no updates. I’ve asked them to send another pair or to cancel my order and they tell me there is nothing they can do.
So 350 euros paid and no product received and no refund possible.
It looked like a real store when I ordered but I’m not sure if it really is. I’ve seen more reviews like this so be careful.

Import charges and Not a free return…
Please be aware that if you are from UK, they will charge import charges. I bought a sunglasses and was charged over £52 for import charges which I refused to pay. DPD returned my parcel back to them, requested a refund but they took over £20 from my payment as service charge for the return. So don’t be fooled with free return policy- it’s not!

Concernant les frais d’importation pour les commandes à destination du Royaume-Uni, ils sont liés aux réglementations douanières en vigueur et ne relèvent malheureusement pas de notre contrôle.

Don’t do the mistake to order any glasses from this website, they are big scammers
I am really disappointed with the quality of these glasses I spent over $500 for this fake pair of Cartier glasses! With plastic lenses, a metal frame that isn’t even gold, a fake box… and it’s took me 4 weeks to get my package! they are really playing games with people hard work money. And they’re charging the store prices while what they are selling to people is fake! 🤦🏿♂️

The absolute worst customer experience…
The absolute worst customer experience i’ve ever had and they bold face lied to me they told me a pair of cartiers were available on the website which then turned into production issues so maybe 4 weeks then a customer service rep through whatsapp told me that a different color was available so i order that and figure ill wait on the other pair after i order all of a sudden that color isn’t available either they lie they take your money and they don’t refund you do not waste your time
