Just back from an 11-day road trip to wonderful Scotland. You cannot enjoy such a holiday without having a comfortable, reliable car and the peace of mind of knowing you are well backed up by your car supplier in case of an emergency. It was our first time renting from Celtic Legend. We chose them based on the excellent reviews and trust-rating they consistently receive. I can safely say it was one of our best experiences ever! So easy to communicate with them and their team is always ready to cater to your individual needs. We rented from Glasgow airport, and picked our car from Arnold Clark car rentals. I must say, the rental prices at Celtic Legend are very very competitive compared with other companies. Well done Celtic Legend, it was our first experience but surely won't be our last!

Absolutely perfect experience
Absolutely perfect experience. I reserved a 9 person van several months before our trip to Scotland and was a bit nervous as the price seemed lower than I had expected. There was no requests for prepayment or a deposit which also got me a little nervous. Communication leading up to our arrival was always fast and friendly. Upon arrival at the location, it was probably the easiest vehicle rental I have ever experienced. Quick friendly transaction with zero upsale attempts like all other rental companies that try to convince you to add insurances for everything under the sun as well as a gps unit and anything else they can dream up. The price was exactly what they had quoted me and nothing more. Oddly, this nine person van was about half the price of the 7 person vehicle I had rented in Ireland about 5 years prior. I returned it in England and the interaction was even easier than the pick up process. This company should be the benchmark for other car rental companies. Thank you for making a great trip easy!

Very positive experience hiring a car with Celtic Legend. Collected the car from Arnold Clark Edinburgh and had 2 glorious days at the Scottish Open Golf Championship. From my initial enquiry, communication from Celtic Legend was excellent and very helpful. You can tell this company puts customer service at the top of everything they do. Celtic Legend was exactly what we were looking for and reasonably priced!
Celtic Legend was the perfect choice for my trip to Scotland this summer. They came highly recommended through Wayfaring Kiwi on Facebook and lived up to the recommendation. The car worked perfectly and we did not encounter a need to contact services during our trip. We did encounter some difficulty finding them when we arrived, jet-lagged and without our luggage, but when I called the office, they were quickly able to set me on the right path with clear and cheerful instructions. The car was in excellent condition and came with surround cameras that showed up on the display any time that I got close to anything, which came in handy while parking in all of the tight spots around Scotland. We paid for the navigation package, and I highly recommend that option. We were able to find all of the fun spots on our itinerary with no trouble at all. This rental experience was really excellent, and I highly recommend Celtic Legend.

Touring Scotland made easy by Celtic legend .
Very good pre rental advice . Communication clear and offered a second driver included unlike major competitors .We did a one way rental ie dropped off at a different airport which was smooth. Car was perfect. Only thing to mention Edinburgh airport transfer needs a little more time than you may plan for . This was due to the bus frequency and we stopped on the way to airport. I would recommend Celtic legend

Take care with early drop off
Most things were well explained prior to our arrival in Scotland. We found the car hire facility without problems and staff were very friendly throughout the collection process.
At our early drop off time we found there was a free early drop off facility at an adjacent car park. But in fact we were charged for out of hours service for someone to open the Arnold Clark premises for us to return the vehicle direct to there. This may have been some misunderstanding but could have been better explained.
Our car was very good, no issues at all. All in all I will deal with this company again, but will clarify the early drop off procedure / charges beforehand.
