Strong smell of farm from their Sheepwool insulation, I think they should advise about it so we knew before buying. Now they only suggest that return it at our cost or air it, but so far it didn't help at all after 1 week of airing. Very unhappy with the product, will probably throw it away.

Excellent customer service and company. Accidentally ordered the wrong colour and rang to amend the order before shipping, which was done in an extremely hassle-free way. Order arrived well packed and quickly.

I would like to thank Celtic Sustainables for really good service when I ordered rolls of Sheep Wool to insulate under floor in my sitting room , back in Summer
I spoke to someone who very kindly checked my measurements to advise how much I needed, and was delivered promptly
My Son installed under floor and now we have cold weather have noticed a massive improvement to my previously cold room. Would recommend company and product.
I had been warned the Sheep Wool would smell, and for the first few weeks it really did, not unpleasant but quite strongly but with a combination of plenty of fresh air to room, a salt lamp
on night and day, and thick wool carpet it has now gone away.

Never heard of this company before but took a chance as they had a watering post I wanted at a good price. All was delivered quickly and product was as expected.

Terrible customer service. Avoid.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered on Wednesday and the paint was delivered on Friday. It was perfectly packaged and was delivered with care .

I rang Friday afternoon to confirm they had stock, placed the order Friday evening on line. It was despatched Monday and delivered Tuesday. Nice people to speak to and exemplary service.

Good website. Found what I needed (motor for stove top fan) and it was delivered quickly. Confident and happy to use Celtic sustainables for future purchases.

Nice and quick service. Quality insulation, easy to cut and fit without the itchiness that you get with some other makes. Just wished we had measured properly and ordered the right quantity as delivery costs are a bit steep. Would definitely recommend.

Great product, great service, highly recommended. Why not support the UK sheep industry by buying a natural and sustainable product instead of some non-biodegradable mineral fibre product. Surely this has to be a great investment in all our futures? It may cost a little more, but overall the benefits are tremendous. It really keeps the heat in!

It was just paint so not much to say but everything went smoothly. So all good.

I recently ordered a replacement motor for a stove top fan. The information on the website was helpful and concise and the price was good. Dispatch and delivery was prompt. Motor replaced and all was good.
Had not come across Celtic Sustainables before but as they were a relatively local company (and not tied in with Amazon!) I gave them ago. Was not disappointing. Would certainly deal with them again!
