Excellent product (Cosywool Insulation) and customer service.
The Cosywool is so pleasant to use compared to Rockwool for example and seems very good quality. Orderturntound and delivery was fast and efficient

Purchase of 1/2" Quickstop valve for borehole installation.
This valve has a filter fitted into the inlet spigot, and it therefore follows that access for cleaning should be quick and easy. The obvious way to connect the pipework to the valve is with a tap connector to facilitate this. The design of the inlet however, (with a thick spigot wall) prevents the end of most tap connectors fitting inside the bore. One make of tap connector did fit inside, but the other problem with the inlet is that the threads do not start at the end of the spigot. This made it impossible to engage more than one turn of the thread (an unsecure connection on a plastic thread)
I contacted Celtic Sustainables to see if they had any suggestions for the connection, but the only available person said that they would check if they had anything in their store, and I never heard back from them.
Having connected the valve with a less than convenient (but secure) connection the flow rate was found to be slow, and did not reduce the number of stop/starts of the pump, which defeats the object of fitting this valve.
The water flow stop is indeed quick, but the start is preceded with a dribble.
