Came to Centralheat on 5th July and had the pleasure of dealing with Raj. He was super helpful, really friendly and brilliant at dealing with my lack of experience and indecision. And my specific tastes. He understood my budget and was able to provide a range of choices based on this and I left extremely satisfied, having purchased a toilet, vanity with sink and towel rad. Highly recommend Centralheat. Don’t be fooled by the discreet front of store, huge choice housed in the large showroom. 10/10 customer service. Thank you, Raj!

Ordered a Crosswater 3 outlet valve kit on Sunday evening and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon of the same week.
Also it was the best price and delivery was free, 5 stars for me.

These guys are simply great. I ordered a bath tub screen from them and the product arrived on time without an issue. However, by the time we were to install the screen, we found out that it won’t fit in our new bathroom. We found that out after nearly 2 months from purchasing the screen. I wrote to CentralHeat and Manraj was very helpful and offer to contact the manufacturer to find out if they would take it back. They accepted the return and CentralHeat took back the screen long after the return period was over. I had to pay a restocking fee, which I was happy to accept.

I went and bought a shower screen from them for the other bathroom.

I will definitely use CentralHeat in the future. BTW, their prices are great too.

Never got a confirmation email. Needed to send item back but they're not responding to any emails I send them. Would avoid.

When I bought the wrong item returning it was not an issue despite it being my fault.

I bought virtually all of the brassware for our new bathroom from Central Heat, bar a couple of items (plug hole and shower arm) that I managed to pick up on eBay. The prices were the best around, which was pleasing enough, but CH checked my order very carefully, and called to double check that I hadn't overlooked the plughole and shower arm, as they aren't necessarily that obvious when you're thinking of fitting a bathroom. I really appreciated that touch - excellent customer service.

I have made several orders of Crosswater products from these guys over the last few months and found them to be extremely competitive on price, with accurate information and outstanding personal service. They consistently deliver when they say they will and take pride in what they do. Manraj, who I dealt with, is outstanding.

Did not have exact part in stock, was advised promptly on alternative. Super friendly helpful service via phone - would highly recommend.

Used CentraHeat twice now, both times very impressed.
First was to service a boiler on a house we were buying because the seller got it done by some cowboys. They found a potentially dangerous part missing and remedied it before exchange.
Second was having an old gas fire removed. Good quality, professional work. Made the gas pipe safe again in concrete floor. Worksite left tidy and clean. Engineer was pleasant and would answer any questions I had, even not related to the job.
Would use again.

We bought a Monarch Scaleout from this company. The hoses supplied were faulty, which we had to replace from a local supplier half way through the job.

Central Heat will not respond to numerous emails about this. The initial service in supplying the goods was fine, but the aftercare service is terrible.

We visited several larger showrooms before deciding to use Centrallheat. From design to supply nothing was too much trouble, Jas was even able to help us to resolve several challenges. The result has been 4 stunning bathrooms. If you’re looking for amazing bathrooms with excellent service and design I would highly recommend Centralheat, it’s a one stop shop. :)

Highly recommend Centralheat.co.uk for their the quality and value of the products, speedy delivery, friendly delivery man and great customer service. Overall excellent and they deserve all 5 stars.

Made a purchase & wasn't advised online how long it would take to deliver the item. Once I told the delivery date 10mins after purchase I called up this company to change the address as it was possible to receive the goods on the day they requested. Centralheat said they couldn't change the delivery address even though it hadn't left their premises, 4 working days later and have called them 4 times, they still haven't refunded me my money. I called my bank to ask what the process is and they said centralheat need to contact their bank to refund the money. After 4 days centralheat have not been able to do that, they have been promising me lots of time to call me back and when I call there is always some lie and that there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed in this company.
