Thank you so much to Renatas and his brilliantly skilled team of workers for doing an amazing job converting our loft space into a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. We feel very lucky to have picked Central Lofts for the job. They were extremely professional throughout. They provided a contract before the works began which put our mind at rest with regards to the whole process and payment stages. Renatas helpfully kept us informed at each stage of the works and any queries we had were answered quickly. He always made sure we were happy. The team of workers were absolute diamonds; hardworking, polite and considerate, always going the extra mile. Also, do not want to forget Huw who took his time to provide us with the no obligation quote and gave us confidence in the company before we went ahead. We had a great experience with Central Lofts. The work was completed quickly and on schedule, without any hiccups. The guys on site were fantastic. Polite, friendly and incredibly hard workers. Communication was great, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got the best results.

I am very impressed with my loft extension which was provided by Central Lofts. The price was reasonable and the quality of the workmanship very high. I was impressed by the start-to-finish service provided by Central Lofts, from sketching out the original design and producing scheme plans, to the obtaining of Planning Permission and managing the Building Control process. In addition Central Lifts were flexible and worked well with the other contractors I used on my house renovation. They were very straightforward to deal with and delivered what had been agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Central Lofts.

The team are highly professional from start to finish. The loft was converted quickly and efficiently with superb carpentry. The contractor they use to plaster, plumb and for electrics are skilled and reliable. Highly recommended.

I recently had restricted height single loft room converted into two double bedrooms and a bathroom via a mansard construction from Central Lofts. I am delighted with the end result! You're always worried about dodgy builders, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a loft conversion, but the team were really great throughout. Cost exactly what they said it would cost, and got it done exactly when they said they would and am happy with the job. Would happily use again!

From the very first visit, Stuart was brilliant — he clearly explained what was possible with our space, outlining all our options and the pros and cons of each. He even sketched layout ideas on the spot, which helped us visualise the possibilities straight away. He was patient, transparent about costs, and always available to answer questions — nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

We went ahead with an L-shaped loft extension, removed all but one chimney breast, and also took down a wall in the living room. Once the project started, Renatas took over as project manager and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He’s highly experienced, incredibly professional, and — just as important — he genuinely cares. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, kept everything on track, and was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. His team were also fantastic — hardworking, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.

I had a loft conversion done in the first quarter of 2025 from Central Lofts. Their work is incredible. There is a lot of attention to the finest of details and overall the team as a whole work brilliantly. I would have liked a tiler to be part of their team as I did have to go and source my own but their builders, electrician, plumber and project manager were simply masters of their craft.

Renatas and his team helped us with making a loft conversion in our home more than four years ago.

In recent weeks, there was a pigeon invasion in the newly constructed roof with the birds making a mess under the eaves. His team helped us with getting rid of the birds, cleaning the debris, repairing and installing a new section of the roof. He was very prompt and the team quite supportive.

Central loft completed our loft extensions a couple of months ago. They did a fantastic job in just short of 3 months. No delays and no price surprises which was a huge relief to us. Their team were all real pros and Renatas did a great job in keeping us informed throughout the project. Highly recommended them.

Returning customer undertaking a large project with Central Lofts, involving a full 4 bed house refurbishment and a double dormer L shape loft conversion.

The professionalism, pace and quality of their team is second to none. They have a very well run process for loft extensions specifically which means that not only do their builds run to schedule, but they are adept at anticipating the type of issues faced in older Victorian properties and are able to provide good solutions to overcome said issues. Furthermore, because of the volume of loft conversions they undertake, they appear able to make use of economies of scale via their suppliers which means that the quoted prices for their loft conversions are the most competitive I have come across within the M25 based on quality and value.

Central Lofts are also very highly skilled at pushing the boundaries to innovative whilst still remaining within the boundaries of permitted development and building regulations. Their architect planner and onsite builders were able to use my loft space to create 2 additional bedrooms and a separate bathroom, which is unusual for the area. The building inspector was very complimentary of the quality and pace of their work, as they managed to complete the build to plaster finish within 7 weeks.

Special mention to their in-house carpenters and plumbers. Andrei, Marian and Dariusz, who did a fantastic job installing my kitchen and retrofitting the cast iron radiators in the original part of the house. Extra special mention to Dariusz and his colleague who took extra time and care installing the bathroom in the original house which has some of the most uneven walls and floors I've ever seen. They really had to customise the fittings I ordered in order to get them flush with the old house.

Central lofts completed my loft over 2 years ago and i have never been happier. The after care service is just as good as i have always received the assistance i need with any of my queries.

As with all new builds, i noticed a pin hole in my flat roof so i called in 2023 and within 48 hours someone was at my house to rectify. Just a week ago we was hit with a bad storm which unfortunately made the repair they did come slightly loose and again within 24 hours Renatas sent a team out who fixed my roof. Not just the issue but checked the whole roof for me.

I have never had such good after care service before and i can not recommend central lofts enough for the good work they do.

Renatas and his team at Central Lofts have been great to work with on our loft conversion project. They have been very efficient and kept to our timelines very well.
