Harwood who is owner appears not to adhere to even his own web site commitments. Proport to be pro-active but not even re-active to paying residents when advised at AGM's years old actions are still outstanding. Really abysmal and all proof as seen on our estate. He is now resigning from our contract but has not advised why so unprofessional. BE WARNED DO NOT USE

I rented a studio through Reece, the Assistance Manager of CENTRO. After the Landlord accepted the offer, Reece helped me a lot. I don't have much experience of renting a property in the UK, Reece explained the situation step by step. Though I asked lot of questions, he is a professional to fix it out. Thanks to CENTRO. We've been looking for a property for a few months now and used various agents. Saw a property in their shop window only to be told it was no longer available and has not been so for about a month. 3 weeks later its still on their website. 5 weeks later its still in the shop window so I made an enquiry thinking maybe it's not the same property and was told the same thing. Gone. 8 weeks later.... You guessed it. Surely it wouldn't be too much for a member of staff to remove the property. And no, the advert doesn't sat Let Agreed. In fact the pictures in the shop window say New Instruction.
I won't waste my time enquiring about any other properties via Centro

Still waiting over one year from last Shearwater AGM for Centro to action outstanding work, perimeter lattice fence and many others around the estate. Their owner Mr Harwood has many of my email requests of which go unactioned todate and they do not comply to their own web site. I have numerous examples only concelation when they do work it is of appauling quality so possibly better they ignore as they do. Time now I believe to contact their regulators as I have a mountain of evidence to convey.

I have dealt with Centro for 4 years as a tenant and i was very happy to have Samantha Orme as my contact person, she was very polite, very prompt and going above and beyonde to make sure the tenants are happy and the problems are solved.

I'm selling my property and Centro is the management company of the property I own. As part of the selling process Centro has to provide a management pack. They charge £550 for this management pack!!! My solicitor's quote "I'm speechless, the most I have ever seen is 350". So - that's Centro for you. They can do that legally - but I wanted to write this review to warn anyone considering going with Centro, or any customers of Centro. Their charges are way, way higher than anyone else's. So beware. That's the kind of company they are.

Unhelpful and very unprofessional service. Morgan Perez does not respond to emails or return phone calls. Occasionally he will email and say "I tried to call you" but he seems to forget that modern mobile phones have a call log - which shows that he hasn't.
I understand that they are only interested in 'get rich quick' business, so they should say from the start that they are not interested in small or local business and stop us wasting our time.

Thank you for arranging the marketing and letting of the property and liaising with the tenant for move in date and handover. Excellent service as usual.

The advice I received has been very sound throughout the sale process. Morgan kept me informed regularly, was always available to help and by nature is proactive. In the initial stage he was able to obtain information and access to the property from the outgoing tenants. Morgan has liaised with the solicitors and kept me updated. My commercial premises became vacant in late 2019. I asked Paul Harwood to value my property and subsequently it was placed on the market. 2020 was a challenging year like no other and yet in spite of it all Centro was able to facilitate many viewings and put forward several offers. Eventually the right applicant came forward and the lease has now completed albeit in the middle of the third lockdown. This was a remarkable feat by any standards and Centro's persistence and determination to find me the right tenant paid off.
Throughout the entire process the advice I received regarding both the rental value and lease has been sound. I believe I have been very fortunate to have had such a professional and competent company to handle this for me during such a difficult time. On a day to day basis the personal service and contact from Morgan Perez particularly was exemplary, at no time was I not kept informed of every twist and turn of the process. I am therefore very happy to recommend their services.

Abysmal property management from Centro - they do very little. Avoid!

I would highly recommend Centro Agent. Their representative Arran Leggett, Area Lettings Manager, marketed our property and provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. He was professional and friendly at all times and most importantly got us a tennat within a week of going to market.
