I have been ordering from Cerami for many years now. Not only are the pieces beautiful to look at but they are extremely good quality too. I still use the same mug I bought 4 years ago multiple times a day!
Furthermore their customer service is great 😊! Would highly recommend!!

I emailed this company to ask if they were still operating and dispatching orders, as I saw they had a closing down sale. They replied to say yes they definitely were so I went ahead and placed an order. It’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard anything despite emailing and attempting to contact the company. I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the transaction.

Still waiting for order placed on 28th October 2023 but hope to add to the beautiful pieces I have had since 2021 which are stunning. Several emails from Alexis have promised to sort out the issues. I don't know what is currently happening but, please, keep up your good track record, Cerami. I would like to continue to add to my collection while I settle into my new home throughout the year ahead.

I ordered two mugs. They arrived really well packed. Initially, one mug (although very beautiful) was a little different than what I thought it would be. I contacted the company and this was sorted with no issues, and I received a replacement within a few days. Thank you very much, I love my new mugs!

Cerami is a company I will always go to. In these days, large companies seem to care less and less about their customers and it is a joy to shop with a small business that produces unique and beautiful tablewear. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful dinner set, and Cerami resolved an issue we had. All items were very well packed.

Was a little nervous purchasing tableware online but the sets are really nice. The service we received was fantastic and the set was customised upon request. The best thing I can say about Cerami is that we bought the set about 2 years ago - they are hard wearing, haven't scratched or marked and are still in fantastic condition with no chips or marks. A real testament to the quality. Very rarely leave reviews but felt this deserved recognition and perhaps makes people feel comfortable who have similar reservations to me before ordering.

I've been admiring Cerami for a while but only placed my first order recently. Prompt delivery & clear, friendly communication throughout. Cerami also kindly sent me a gift alongside my order. Great first experience, I'd definitely recommend.

This is one of the best places for high quality ceramics at a reasonable price. Have had some pieces from them for a while that I cherished and we just got a full dinner set that we love. They are a fairly small business still and very accommodating and responsive if you have questions, special requests or any issues and they have been super helpful at every occasion.

Excellent products, customer service and I think value for money. I did a lot of homework and an delighted with the quality and design of all the items received.

Received my dinner service today it’s absolutely beautiful and unique no plates or bowls are the same I love it. As for Sergio what a wonderful person he helped so much to get this delivered for Christmas. I would 100% recommend this seller and their products.

Very disappointed, we were sent the wrong items and have been trying to get in contact to receive the correct items for months. They just acknowledge the mistake and then never reply after. I'm fed up of trying to get a response now.
We had ordered a dinner set and although the items we received were very nice, it's just disappointing we couldn't get everything that was actually bought.

Edit: The company have recently got in contact to amend any issues. Due to the time taken, we could not longer swap the plates. But I appreciated that they did get in contact and sent some different plates to make up for the mistakes.
The products we have are very lovely and have all lasted very well for the last 18 months.

Lovely bowls, lovely colours. They aren’t your standard bowls you would buy but have that feeling of being made in an artisan pottery. We had great customer service, would buy again.

I cannot be happier with my purchase. The quality of the big cups that I bought is supper. I appreciate crockery that it is just a bit special and that is what I've got thanks to Cerami. I also have to mention its excellent customer service.

I absolutely loved the Aline pasta bowls, serving platter and mugs that I ordered on Cerami's website. The delivery took a while but it was 100% worth the wait, so don't worry if your order is a little slow getting to you - it's coming all the way from Portugal after all! The ceramics are absolutely beautiful, you can tell they are sturdy and well made and I can't wait to order some more. I was worried about buying ceramics from a retailer I didn't know as I bought a Portuguese ceramic dinner set from MADE.COM previously and all the plates were very fragile and have lots of chips now (rubbish if you cook a lot at home which we do), but I can confirm that all of my Aline ceramics have been through the dishwasher a number of times now and there isn't a single chip anywhere! I can see that the Cerami set will last a long time, which makes me very happy. Thank you so much Sergio, opening the box with everything I ordered felt like Christmas! 🙏

I love my new plates and bowls from Cerami. They’re really pretty. All slightly different in colour and pattern which adds to the handmade look. They arrived promptly and well packaged. They’re really beautiful and have a lovely quality feel to them. Dishwasher and microwave safe too. Lovely company to deal with too.

I purchased mugs really wanting some unique, beautiful ceramics and that is what I received. Quick delivery, well wrapped and stunning. I am in love with my mugs and I can't wait to show them off. I, and I am sure several of my friends, will be back. Thank you 😊

Great communication from start to finish, really personable and quick customer service. The items I ordered were beautiful really stunning and good quality at a reasonable price.
