These cups are very beautiful. I love unique pieces of crockery and these were just that. The glazing on this cups is very beautiful and unique. My crockery was dispatched swiftly and efficiently.

So refreshing to discover such a genuinely enthusiastic company supplying products in which they place great faith.
Plates delivered today were excellent quality and just as portrayed.

I bought a dinner set - and it’s the most beautiful set I’ve ever seen! Really unique with amazing colours! What was even more unique was the company itself - a small business who personalises everything from start to finish! Sergio was great in answering all my questions in advance and in giving me updates throughout the process! Thank you so much cerami and I will definitely be coming back!

I received two defective mugs and having contacted customer service four times now, I haven't heard back from them. I'm extremely disappointed and I don't recommend this company.

Edit: After posting this, I received two angry emails accusing me of being "unfair" to a "small company" and "ruining company's reputation". It was also insisted that I was sent a reply on Saturday. My plan was to change the rating once receiving a replacement but following such aggressive emails, I'm right in thinking customer service is indeed poor even though I've received a refund. It might be one person who accused me being "unfair" but it further ruined the overall shopping experience. I'll no longer be shopping here.

Edit: Sergio I hope you'll stop sending me further emails and insisting that I was sent an email on Saturday that went into my junk folder. I didn't receive your email and not even in the Junk folder. As I've mentioned earlier, I tried communicating four times and waited for a week before leaving a review here & it was only then I received two angry email from Sergio accusing me of unfair and aggressive. However, I received an email from Tommy who explained politely that mugs are out of stock. There is a lot of difference how Sergio and Tommy communicated through the emails. The mugs had two cracks as well some other defects. Sergio I wish you all the best with your business.

Absolutely delighted!! 😍 The beautiful selection of pots/crockery I have just received are absolutely stunning! They look even better in real life than they do on the website! They were packaged extremely well. The customer service has probably been the best customer service I have ever received with anything. I was so indecisive in the beginning, (I was annoying myself!) but Sergio was very patient and answered all queries happily. I’m so pleased I went for a mixed set, they all look beautiful together but lots of varied pieces. I will definitely be adding more to my collection in the future! 😁

We've been using our new plates and bowls for the past few weeks now and absolutely love them. The glaze is beautiful and the colour really pops as well. We regretted not ordering side plates originally and have just put in an order for them, again selecting different colours rather than having all of them from the same line. The delivery was very well packaged and everything was delivered in one piece. We're very happy with our new set and I'm really glad that we came across Cerami.

Well to start the pieces are absolutely gorgeous and unique and give so much joy and beauty to my kitchen
Their customer service is also top notch! Non intrusive but supportive, they gave me advise and help when I asked.

There was a tiny crack in one of my mugs that was causing a leak and as soon as I raised the issue they sent another one out so my collection could stay complete! Honestly can’t recommend enoigh

Fabulous selection of hand made ceramics - I bought a four place Gaia dinner set and it is absolutely gorgeous. Very well packed so it arrived safe and sound. I'll be buying some more pieces from them to build it out to more settings.

Bought 6 pasta bowls and wow, they are really beautiful. All arrived quickly and nothing damaged. Lovely selection of crockery on the website and I think it is brilliant how you can buy individual pieces and mix and match from different ranges too. Would much rather give my money to a great independent store like this, so will be purchasing from cerami again, no doubt about it.

what an exceptional service we have just received from both Sergio and Tommy, unbelievable especially in this current climate. we ordered late on 22/12 and it was delivered today, 24/12 and their products are just as brilliant, absolutely beautiful. we will certainly stay in touch and be ordering more from them

I received an email from Cerami soon after I placed my order, saying that they'd noticed there was a chip in one of the bowls I had ordered. It was the last one in stock so they could not replace it. I received a lovely email from Tommy, the COO noting this and letting me know that he had included a gift to make up for it. It is a breath of fresh air when companies have such good customer service protocols. The products are just wonderful and I will most definitely be buying from them in the future. Thank you Cerami!

We started out rather sceptical having been ripped off by little internet suppliers in the past but were pleasantly surprised when someone responded to our chat query on a Sunday morning. Sergio was very quick to create a bespoke order for us and to reorder some items that were out of stock. Our order arrived within about 6 working days safely packaged and the crockery is so lovely that it has improved my fussy daughter's eating habits. Highly recommended.

What can I say that describes the plates I bought? Fabulous, the service, excellent and the contact from Sergio, heart warming.
I bought the plates to go with a number of pieces made by myself and my sister and I really couldn’t be happier, each piece is individual, the glazes are superb.
I’ll definitely add to my collection in the new year.
