Terrible experience after purchasing a tracksuit for my daughter incorrect size returned the item as requested 25 emails later still waiting for my refund had to finally dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back to be honest id rather walk around in a dodgy sports direct cheap tracksuit than go anywhere near this company, your reply has just confirmed my terrible experience the whole tracksuit has been sent back and you have refused a refund I would check carefully before you buy anything from this company as they’re dishonest and refuse to replace or refund you will have to dispute it with your bank to get a refund !

Purchased the knitted tracksuit set for my daughter’s Xmas end of November. She didn’t wear it until Jan, after wearing a few times and washing it using the care guide both the hoodie and the bottoms bobbled so badly, also the waistband has become so distorted she can no longer comfortably wear the bottoms. Reached out to customer service and was basically told that all their products have been tested and there’s no reason that should’ve happened and there’s nothing they can do for me. It was just a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ reply. For a track set that cost me almost £150 it surely should last more than a few wears and wash! But no there’s nothing they can do…?!! The unhelpful service agent also pointed out that the purchase date was 27th Nov, I suppose implying it was past the return date but I had explained that I bought it using the not so generous 5% Black Friday discount in order to give it as a Xmas present. This was all ignored.

Unfortunately my parcel got lost by evri I contacted the email account and an amazing women called Francesca helped me so much she sent me out a new parcel and I received it with in a couple of days even had a email to make sure it had arrived all around brilliant service highly recommend

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience with Cernucci.
I ordered a bracelet and a ring as a gift, mainly because they advertised next day delivery. The items were meant to arrive the following day, but they never showed up. There was no proper update or explanation — just silence.
I’ve sent several emails to their customer service team and haven’t received a single reply. No acknowledgment, no reassurance, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’ve spent your money and can’t even get a basic response.
To make matters worse, their delivery provider Evri has been just as bad. Tracking hasn’t been helpful and trying to get any clarity from them is near impossible. It feels like you’re stuck between two companies that don’t want to take responsibility.
Really poor communication and support overall. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re relying on items arriving on time or expect any level of customer service if something goes wrong.
UPDATE:"After chasing, they eventually said they would investigate with the courier, which would take up to 5 days. This was already unacceptable considering I paid for next day delivery.
After more back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement. I confirmed my address straight away. Then I was told the items were suddenly out of stock. The delay in communication meant the bracelet went out of stock while I was waiting for replies.
So in the end, I paid for next day delivery on a gift that never arrived, dealt with slow responses, had to chase multiple times, was told a reorder was arranged, and then was informed the items were unavailable anyway. My only options were store credit or a refund.
Overall, extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication, unreliable delivery through Evri, and no real sense of accountability. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re relying on your items arriving on time or expect efficient customer service if something goes wrong."

I bought a tracksuit for my daughter and was to big. Sent back to replace for a smaller size and the transaction was smooth.
Unfortunately that size was to small also so emailed and Beth was so helpful.
Tracksuit sent back with a refund.
