Terrible company, I ordered a tracksuit, I wasn’t happy with the quality and it was faulty. Returned it back to them, said it was worn, which it was but after one wear it had completely bobbled up which is the reason for returning. They refused to refund me, nor would they return the item back. So I was left out of pocket £120. Basically stole from me and ignored all further emails.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Cernucci.
I ordered a tracksuit in December which was marked as delivered by Evri, however I never received the parcel. The tracking only showed delivery to a communal area in my building, with no signature and no proof it was handed to me personally.
When I contacted customer service, I was refused a refund and instead offered store credit as a “goodwill gesture,” despite the fact that I did not receive the item. After escalating the matter through PayPal, the case was closed in the seller’s favour without clear explanation.
As a customer, it feels unfair to be held responsible for a courier marking something as delivered when it never reached me. I would have expected better support and accountability.
Very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.

To clarify, the parcel being marked as delivered to my building with GPS and a photo does not confirm that it was delivered to me personally. There was no signature, no named recipient, and no proof that it was handed to me or my concierge. A delivery scan to a communal area is not the same as confirmed receipt by the customer.
While I initially accepted store credit in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably, this does not change the fact that I never received the goods. Once it became clear that the parcel was missing, I requested a refund as I believe that is the fair and reasonable outcome.
Under UK consumer law, the retailer remains responsible for goods until they are in the customer’s physical possession. Customers should not be held liable for parcels left unattended in communal areas without confirmed handover.
It is disappointing to be told that a refund will not be considered solely because the courier marked the parcel as delivered, despite the lack of proof that it reached me.
I am still seeking a fair resolution to this matter.

Missing item from order ! Did the buy one get one free offer and only one chain was inside my parcel I have contacted customer services ! Not happy at all as I only made the purchase as was a great offer ! These were supposed to be for my partner for Valentine’s Day… so they only got one chain out of the two 😡

Incredible customer service & quality!
This was my first time ordering with Cernucci, and I had a slight issue with my delivery (outside of Cernucci’s control). After contacting support, I received an incredibly quick response and resolution from Lavine, who was super friendly and helpful.
My package ended up being delivered that day and I love the items - so flattering and such high-quality, thick material.
Would definitely recommend and will be buying again!

ridiculous. ordered a tracksuit, came delayed. I tried it and decided to return it. received the postage label and had 3 days to return. ok. returned it and the package was delivered 2 days after at their return centre. I have received no email at all saying we have received your return or even anything about returns. the AI bot on their website is complete bollocks and all agents are "offline". I got put on hold and am awaiting a response from a proper agent. hopefully they respond by end of this year

I ordered on 27th January and on 1st February the tracking was updated to say the parcel was delayed. After that, there were no further updates at all. I contacted Evri directly and they eventually confirmed that the parcel has been marked as missing. They advised me to contact the sender for a refund.
Despite this, Cernucci keeps sending the same generic email saying the parcel will arrive , even though the courier has confirmed it is missing. I don’t understand how a parcel can arrive if it has officially been marked as lost??
I have sent several emails requesting help and a refund, but the responses have been unhelpful and repetitive. The communication has been extremely poor throughout.
All I want is a refund for a parcel that has been confirmed missing. Very disappointing experience.
(Side Note - This order was meant to be a gift, and because of the delay , I had to place another order with next day delivery. I have now paid twice because of this situation)

Update After multiple escalation promises, the situation actually got worse. My support tickets keep getting closed without any resolution and I repeatedly receive feedback requests instead of answers.
I was also told on Instagram that my case was escalated and someone would contact me. No one ever did. My comments were deleted and my messages are now being ignored completely.
I paid for a gift card that I am unable to redeem and the company is refusing to offer a proper solution or refund.
Warning: Don’t buy gift cards here.
I legitimately purchased one and they block redemption unless you send personal documents. When I asked where this is stated in their Terms & Conditions, they ignored me and closed my support tickets.
At this point, communication has completely stopped. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating customer experience.
