I placed my order with Cernucci on February 1st. According to the website, international shipments to the United States are expected to arrive within 5–8 business days, but I have not yet received my package.
This order is for an important event on Friday, February 13th, and the delay is causing significant concern. I emailed them to help me sort this out and kindly request an urgent update on the status of my shipment and any possible options to ensure delivery before my event but haven’t heard back

Ordered a jacket on 22/12. By 06/02 the zip had broken. Cernucci accepted it was faulty after I sent a video but would only offer a credit note for the cost of the jacket. Sent them details of the Consumer Rights Act and my right to a refund as they had no stock. Lavinia seemed quite insistent that the Cernucci guarantee overrides the law so got my refund through PayPal instead.
Poor quality clothing and don’t want to refund when due.

Purchased a Bracelet. First problem, the delivery got lost (Evri courier was the cause, but Cernucci selected them), 2nd delivery replacement (delayed). Then I returned as the bracelet was not like the image. The return is now lost (again by Evri). However, I have asked Cernucci to process the refund (not my fault Evri lost, they only give Evri as a return option, and I had to pay for return). Now nothing from Cernucci after raising with customer services. £30 lost?
In the reply - They are claiming my email box is full (blame the customer), I have 95% empty space in my email box (close to 1TB free space). I would hope they are not trying to send me a 1TB email?

Cernucci is a great brand. I’ve ordered jeans, tracksuits, and jewellery from them and they never disappoint. There’s always a great variety to choose from and the quality is consistently excellent. I recently placed an order with next-day delivery and they emailed me to let me know there would be a slight delay and that it would arrive the following day. Really great customer service.

Seems like a lot of other people are having this problem.
I Paid for next day Delivery and haven’t received anything 1 and a half weeks later.
When contacting support through instagram and emails I was presented with a generic support form which is confusing as none of the description fits the situation.
Disappointing as you spend a lot of money and no reassurance on where your goods are and if you will be refunded etc.

I bought two bracelets around August and loved them both originally, but one of them began to tarnish extremely quickly with the outer layer of (silver?) disappearing revealing rust inside. The other one lasted a for a few months after than but eventually began to tarnish as well. I'm not sure if the ones I got were just bad as they are advertised as "meant to last" but they were not worth the price considering how short they lasted before tarnishing.

I have honestly had it up to here with this company. I left a review initially because I was asked to, but I have to be completely transparent about the entire experience because I will not be ordering from this place again. Initially my package was lost. When I wrote to Beth she immediately shut me down and said there was NOTHING they could do to help me. Once I said I would be contacting the BBB, which I still am today, all of a sudden a replacement item would be shipped, as I was just told was done “as a gesture” which is crazy because if I don’t receive something either an investigation or a claim should’ve taken place PER THE WEBSITE POLICY or replacement sent. That is how GOOD customer service works. Once I got the item, it was too small and now I’m being told it can’t be returned which makes no sense. What am I supposed to do with an item I PAID FOR that I cannot fit??? Not only that but nowhere in their policy states that replacement items can’t be returned. This website is ridiculous. Please beware. Do not shop here!

Unfortunately the stitching of the logo on the back of my tracksuit bottoms came undone. I contacted customer service and was met with an amazing agent. Francesca took the time to look into what could be done regarding my issue, and reassured me of a replacement of the product. Alongside her kindness, her responses were immediate and I wasn’t left waiting hours to have my issue resolved. In less than 12 hours, my replacement has been processed.
