Disappointing After‑Sales Support – Not the Service I Expected as a Loyal Customer

There appears to have been a misunderstanding at Certini due to staff leave, so I’ll update this review once the matter is fully resolved. For now, I’ve increased the rating to three stars.

Summary of original complaint below...
I’ve been a loyal Certini customer for around 20 years, but the support for an issue with a new bike bought in May has been disappointing. It’s my first ever problem, yet the response has lacked empathy despite the £10k spend, and the resolution hasn’t been effective. Compared with the after‑sales service from Westbrook Cycles and Tredz, Certini hasn’t measured up — the urgency seems to drop once the sale is done. I also don’t feel the situation has been handled in line with the Consumer Rights Act, which doesn’t seem reflected in their processes.
