Do not buy, waste of money. Size guide is wrong, no returns policy because shipping bag is opened. Horrendous company.

You won't be able to return or exchange. Their hidden returns policy states that if you open the SHIPPING(!) bag they cannot accept the return, due to hygiene reasons.
Absolute scam!
Regarding the product, they are made from material which is about as supportive as a pair of cheap opaque tights and the sizing is way off. Cup size max would be a C, but the back sizing is too loose.
I'll raise it with PayPal as a scam company but feel like I've lost my cash.

Do not buy from this company! The sizing on the website is totally wrong. Then when you open the package and realise it’s wrong they refuse to let you return due to their hidden policies. I’m currently running a complaint through Paypal but it’s likely I’ve just been ripped off by £40. Avoid like the plague!

Scam, don’t buy

As per below, I used the size chart and it was too wide around the waist. I was told for hygiene reasons I can’t return- I have not heard this before about any bra from any other retailer. Avoid!

Do not shop here. You cannot return the item if you have tried it, and sizing is generic (small, medium etc) so you have to try it to know.
I did not try mine on as I just wanted shot of this company and they will still not return my money or accept a refund because they are assuming I have tried them on. So you lose either way with this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was given the advice to change the size in my order and when they arrived, they were too big. I wanted to return but got an email reply saying I can’t now it’s opened. I’m still chasing it. It’s just ridiculous not being able to return.

Total rip-off - avoid this company.
I ordered 3 Bras to take advantage of the discount. I ordered the size according to the guidelines. The bras do not even come close to fitting me.
I emailed customer service to ask how to return but was told because I opened the package and tried them on I am unable to return.
How are you supposed to know if the y fit without trying them on!

Unfortunately, there weren’t many reviews for this website when I made my fateful order. As a large breasted lady I was looking for something comfortable and wireless and this site popped up on Facebook and instagram. I only saw one review on trustpilot which was ok, but decided their (apparently bs 😒) story about losing their mother to breast cancer seemed true enough. I made the order quite hastily and immediately my stomach dropped when I received an email with a Swedish confirmation email address…okayyyyy…still European, so maybe, I hoped. Then I got a shipping confirmation emails from most likely China (sorry, I’m not an Asian linguist). But I still had this fantastic hope that because everything is basically made in China anyway….today, that was a big no.
I am a 36dd, so I even ordered up a size and went for the large. I feel so stupid, I even took up their 20% off the second bra and ordered another one 🤦🏻‍♀️. I spent about £43 total and 100% regret everything.
And what do you know..their legal jargon even states by using their website to order, you agree to not take any action against them..and the only way they’ll accept returns is if the shipping package is not open..and if you do return it, you’re responsible for postage. 😫 I am definitely going to contact PayPal and my bank, but I am not keeping any hopes on seeing any of those £ back 😔
