terrible company, the items are sent from dubai
so the returns are to go back Dubai, after numrous emails trying to convnince me to keep the dresses by offering discounts, i stated again, i did'nt want to keep the dresses as they are too big and too long, they agreed i could return, 3 dresses cost £30.00 to return
the items are just overprised items you could get from shein for less than half the price
hopefully i get my refund back

My order (a dress) arrived in 3 weeks as I expected. It is beautiful, just like the picture on the web site.

The dress looks amazing , good material and the color is gorgeous .. I love it !!

Do not purchase from this company. They state they offer refunds but when you try they refuse and try to give you anout 10% of your money back rather than a full refund.

Their sizing comes up small and the quality is poor.

Their Customer service is appalling!

Dress was as beautiful as pictured. Received countless compliments.

Only thing that would improve the experience: having received a notification that the item shipped. I had no idea whether the dress would arrive in time for the wedding. (It did.)

The dress doesn’t fit we would like to send it back how do we do that?

I bought two tops. One was totally different in real life than I saw it in the picture. It's more grey than white and appeared to have a 3-D effect to the fabric which is not at all true in reality. It's pretty, but would not have ordered it if I had realized it was so grey. The second top is beautiful. It's a black top with a ruffle in black around the neck and down the side. It is what I wanted. Thank you.

Arrived in a timely manner. The garment was as it was in the description.

The two dresses are very cute. One is too tight in the bust, but I am going to pass it on to a friend. For the price, returning it (cost and time) isn’t worth it. I get lots of compliments on the dresses I order. Cute, stylish and very reasonably priced.

This dress was over $60 but it was so cheaply made. Especially the hem, which isn’t a hem. It’s just a serger stitch in black thread. It looks terrible.

I love the style and shape are very flattering but the background color is NOT white!! I bought this top to wear with white jeans and this light cream color doesn’t work!!

your clothes run on the small size. if the sizing says 42 to 44 bust it is a 42 small...otherwise the clothes are great. good quality.

I bought two garments - a wool hooded cardigan and what I thought was a nice thick warm hoodie. Items eventually arrived from China - the garments barely had a passing resemblance to pictures - I was shocked at how poor the quality of the garments were given the price £80. You are charged in $.
When i requested a return I was initially offered $16 then $27 and last offer $43.
I only purchased from the website after saying positive reviews - if I’d know the garments were made/shipped in China I’d never have purchased them. I’ve only just received my refund.

Received product this week, not much communication on shipping dates order confirmation etc. But finally received. I do like both items very much; fit and quality are great.

Both items I ordered are very good quality my only complaint is the sweater has a spot in the neck that wasn’t stitched. I am able to stitch it so I won’t go through the hassle of sending it back.
I will say shipping takes forever so make sure you have time when ordering.
