Delivery in another format than ordered and confirmed. Refuse to refund.
I requested the printing of 128 photos in format 10x15. At order time, on the screen, this format is clearly indicated: 10x15. I received immediatly after the submission of my order, a confirmation with the right quantity in the requested format (10x15). After some days, the photos were delivered. SURPRISE : the format of all the 128 photos is 10x13 !!! This is a big problem as all my photos are always in format 10x15. I called the "CEWE Customer Services" and explained the problem. The CEWE employee I had on the phone argued that CEWE prints on base of the format of the photos in the submitted file and not on base of the ordered format! He told me, baldly, that it is indicated in the statutes. I never saw this restriction and all the documents I had before the delivery indicate the format I requested, ie 10x15. The employee I had on the phone refused to reprint in 10x15 or to refund the payed amount. This was my first order at CEWE, but if nothing changes, it will also be my last one.
