Very bad experience this time
Delivery promised to Dec 23rd turned into Jan 9th, very little communication from Cewe, and no excuse. Reason was apparently some kind of disappearance during freight. On top of this there were remarkable problems in ordering the product this time. Twice the order didn´t go through, which meant a decent sum of money was reserved by the bank for appr. a week. Also issues with the program needed to create the product, weak support from the Cewe support. The promised discount for the ordering issues was not applied. We need to claim it afterwards.
