In short, Chadwick Lawrence is an approachable company that seems to want help you. We dealt with them over the phone and in person and found them very helpful. If someone wasn't available to speak with us we would get a call back as soon as they were. I sent an email in asking some questions and rather than an email reply I got a phone call. When dealing with solicitors it is generally something the person in the street needs guidance on and we found Chadwick Lawrence provided such guidance in a friendly and, more importantly, non judgemental way.

I had a fantastic experience, Megan Clarke and Sara Ali looked after my file and as a first time solo buyer they definitely put me at ease answering any silly/simple questions I had and being super speedy with the whole process, everything was very smooth and efficient and I was always kept in the loop

Sara Ali was quick and efficient i went with them on price but they were every bit as good as people wanting four times the price.
I like the idea of a fixed price with any extras specified.
Since everything g seems to be done on line these days it had no impact that I was in cornwall and she was in a far away place called Yorkshire.
So friendly managed to navigate the app pay them and would definitely use them as my first choice

Lynda Harland at Chadwick Lawrence has over the last year sold two houses for us belonging to our elderly parents. She has handled both sales impeccably.
