Good CCR - BAD delivery company
CCR has good prices, but worst delivery company.
SDA company had a wrong address (the town) and didn't find the right address; no way to change address or contact the delivery company, so I had to go to the local werhouse to collect the pack.

How to could call Chain Reaction ?
Product was delivered through 2 couriers. Last one was not able to deliver the goods because the delivery address was partially missed and he didn't accepted my address completion but aksed myself to contact back the sender (chain reaction) for the ratification (?!). ChainREaction website has lot of FAQ but not a direct telephone to call so I lost 1h to learn how-to and fill-in modules for such nonsense request. Still in wait for the goods. Minimum service would be a call center access, Thanks

CRC great Job!
After a crash I was desperate for spares till finally I found my Campagnolo rear derailleur in stock at CRC when it was out of stock at Campagnolo factory and everywhere in Italy!
Very bad dispatch time to be honest, few days for preparation and at least 3 days at custom (brexit well done!) so 2 stars for the dispatch but 10 stars for spares availability and good prices mean 5 stars average!

I forgot brexit prior to order, so I got pricey products plus customs tax plus long time delivery. So bad experience.
