i give 1 star for the shipment ! the shop is very good but its not possible from today its 7 days and i didnt receive nothing ..... please change the carrier . In italy Poste Italiane sucks .

Embarrassing Im asked to evaluate when I haven’t received yet the item!
The shipping is a disaster ordered on the 22nd July shipped on the 26th July but on the 8th of August has not yet been delivered !
And irritating shipper declaration on failed attempted delivery while I was at home all times
It was expected to be a six days delivery …

CRC are always great, but the courier service in Italy (SDA) is terrible. They couldn't deliver the parcel. It has been returned to CRC and i am still awaiting a refund.

I didnt find any description saying i I would have pay extra custom fees. I would not buy there again.

I didn’t received yet my order.
After Brexit I believe there is not sense to purchase from UK.
I was contact by Italian customs asking about my data for importing taxes.

The price was good & the service to here very quick, It would have been 5 stars, but I paid for next day delivery but it took about three days, didn't expect it here in one day but don't charge for it !! Other than that very happy & will use them again

I ordered some inner tubes from chain reaction cycles and they just never turned up. I used the online chat with customer services and they said it was lost at the parcel depot and that I had to sort it out myself. I still have nothing 4weeks later. I also wrote a review on there on website it was published then taken down the next day and I had an email to say “Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!”
So I am sorry to say I will not be using chain reaction again.

My order was placed in June 2, 2021. To date, the parcel tracking status is "B2CE - Shipped", updated to June 7, 2021. So, shipping times are too long.
When, finally, the item will be delivered I will review it.

Can't see tracking After 7 days from order placing.
They said "dispatched" After few hours but It does not seems.

Ordered my fork from italy, paid to get it here in 1 day.. Actually forgot that chain reaction is from the UK.. well, the next day was at my door in mint conditions... LOVE IT

I placed an order which they shipped on April 20th. I have not received anything yet. They always told me to wait another 4 days even if the package continues to be blocked in the Netherlands from 23 April. I asked for my money back but the answer was to wait another four days. Shame!

Shop is perfect, Hermès unacceptable, I did the order 2 weeks ago, and the parcel still England, I ordered from Italy...

Delivery was good but the return experience is very negative
Difficult to manage and cost for the delivery un acceptable compared EU e commerce.
I will never buy again and never suggest to anyone.
