Item not delivered

I still haven't received my order due to an error in the delivery address attributable to the shipping services. I am very dissatisfied with the handling of the complaint.

Really disappointed!!!

Really disappointed,
Order done on 5th march and ship 8, but hasn't arrived yet.
Since 11 march result stuck at Amsterdams and can't have other info or news to track it from the fedex site....

No comment, hope in a better management of the order and shipping track / deliver fast...

LONG WAITING FOR PARTS

I made my order 2 weeks ago, sports requires a faster response.
I follow the tracking and is says that was shipped 24th February, yesterday it was in Amsterdam. I need my parts for this weekend and I guess even I made the order with time I won't get them.

It is a pity because I bought from ChainReaction a lot and now I am disappointed.

Awful service

Awful service. The bike isn't getting delivered, they told me it takes maximum 10 working days. After 12 working days the bike still isnt here and they have no idea where it is. They will contact the courier and will let me know within 7 working days. This is utterly ridiculous. They do not offer refunds until the bike turns up but they don't know what they bike is so they are happily keeping my money and not caring. After long chat conversations I asked to be contacted by a Manager which they said it isn't an option. Do not order from this company.

Expected delivery in 6 working days

Expected delivery in 6 working days. You guys must be working two days a week because the parcel is still in the Netherlands after 7 working days. Might be another 7 working days before it gets delivered to Italy.

My son has recently ordered an bitus…

My son has recently ordered an bitus Ebike from you , and we are talking thousands , took payment in full up front , delivery wasn’t as smooth as it was ment to be , ment to recieve a phone call half hour before it arriving , that didn’t happen , luckily my daughter was here to take delivery !
We have just started to unwrap it and it’s quite badly scratched in a few places ,nowsomemightsay well it’s a mountain bike but that’s not the point , it was £4500, you wouldnt except a scratch on a car like that .
Now we are trying to ring them and no one will give us a phone contact detail , just a reply of yes ok there is a little scuffing so you can have a £50 gift card , appalling no regard for how people work hard for their money and save to buy special things only to be treated with such disregard . Very sad but they’ve got his money now so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
