Products late, refused full refund
I ordered products from Chalky’s as a birthday present for a family member. The Chalky’s website states clearly says that products will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Two weeks later, I still don’t have the products and Chalky’s is refusing a full refund including return postage costs (when the products actually reach me!).
I have had to order products from elsewhere as a replacement birthday present. That retailer delivered next day.
The delivery times stated on the Chalky's website are clearly misleading and their customer service is poor.
My suggestion is that you use a different, better e-commerce retailer.

Lack of response following wrong product
It's difficult to know how many stars to rate as I certainly don't want to be unfair. I ordered a book and paid more for a specific cover, this is due to it being a replacement for a book I'd borrowed and accidentally damaged. I emailed customer service and received a response within a few days, asking for a picture of the cover and the bar code - I supplied both. This was weeks ago now, and all attempted contact has been ignored. I explained the reasons for wanting that particular cover. 1, that I'd paid more for it and 2, because I was replacing a book I'd borrowed and accidentally damaged from a friend.
I'm unsure if 1 star is fair, but when considering that I haven't received the product I ordered and I haven't had any further communication despite multiple attempts, it felt appropriate.
Despite the item not being correct, it arrived in perfect condition.

All customers service emails responded the next morning
