Previous positive experience but let down by one member of staff
We have been going to Challenge tyres for years for any repairs, services and MOTs on all our cars , could not fault them and have had a really positive experience from Ivan and Dan with good work and good prices and happy to go above and beyond.
However, after having our car in for a repair today we were told to pick the car up at the end of the day to be told by Bradley that he could not diagnose the problem and so we needed to take the car home despite not being able to drive over 30mph with a loud knocking sound. We asked if we could keep the car in and for him to look into it when they have time as we appreciated they are busy but this was denied and was told to take it home and come back when it was completely broken. Especially with winter coming, Bradley disregarded the safety of this. Unfortunately, this experience has lost our trust in Challenge and so will no longer be returning.

Car wouldn’t start this morning
Car wouldn’t start this morning. Phoned Challenge, within 10 minutes Ivan turned up with a battery & jump leads, got the car started & took it away, returning it a couple of hours later complete with a new battery. I’ve used Challenge for 4 years now & totally trust them. Great service, thank you.

Reliable, Responsive, Competitive
Have dealt with Challenge Tyres for many years. Just had another set of tyres fitted. However I had been having Aircon trouble for several months and happened to mention this. Bring it in for a quote they said. I did, gotta good price, so went ahead. I am cruising around now, cool as a cucumber ! Now that's what I call good service.
