Courtney's Golder's presentation was excellent and very helpful. She was professional, knowledgeable and honest. We are so excited and looking forward to seeing our future sunroom.

After 3+ months I had my windows installed. The team Jose and Jacob did an excellent job. Over and beyond. The only 2 issues I have is it took so long to get them and they did not have 11 of my screens. So can’t open them to use. I live in northern Arizona and it is now nice enough to open windows but I can’t. This is really frustrating. I hope I get them soon.

Our Senior Sales Representative Bron was polite, professional, provided a detailed explanation of the process and materials for our sunroom, and accommodated our wishes that fit our budget.

The representative from Warner Robin's, GA, Jonathan did an excellent job, very thorough job, explained everything wonderfully. I highly recommend him.

I would go lower if I could! The Champion windows and siding company office staff in Wichita Kansas are a bunch of crooks. They removed and reinstalled my 5 exterior lights to put on my siding 2 years ago and reinstalled them incorrectly. I’ve been complaining and trying to get them to fix the issue since. They continue to give me the run around and now say their is no record of my complaints, lights were my responsibility and even that the problem was storm damage!!! Do not pay their height than market price for their product thinking you’ll never have to worry again because of their warranties! Their warranties are something they do NOT honor and are a joke! I had estimates 1/2 the price of theirs, but went with Champion because of the warranty. BIG MISTAKE!!!!

Great experience with Champion! The workers took their time, did a great job and I couldn’t be happier with my new windows which replaced ancient windows (most likely the original windows installed when the house was built in the ‘40s that I had never been able to open since moving into the house almost 23 years ago). Also, my new bedroom windows are indistinguishable from a single window I had replaced in a back bedroom years ago. The workers were very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Champion!

Benita walked us through several design/finance options and the warranty offered by Champion. It was very helpful in understanding the whole process to get the installation done.

'They provided the worst service ever we would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. We had repeated problems, delays and excuses, and even the district and regional manager intervening did not solve our issues. We are still waiting for new locks and install of new locks because our doors do not lock, we have waited over a month to have that done. We will never do business with them again not a word from them. We have hired an attorney to pursue legal action against the champion here in Albuquerque to be reimbursed for every penny that we have paid to them.

Kyle was personable and very thorough. Went through every detail of the process. Very open and honest. Went through all our options and a great demonstration of the windows. Very impressive.

Our first time experiencing someone from Champion. Was a great first experience and Justin Lauer wasn’t a hard sell, like some other window sellers. That we experienced in the past.

Justin Lauer was pleasant to work with and he listened to what we needed. He was honest about what Champion could do for our front and back slider doors. He took every opportunity to use the Champion discounts available. To help us as customers.

Mark (their sales rep) won me over with his regard for my budget, attention to my needs, and my love for my old home. The team won me over with their professionalism, there willingness to accommodate an unusual need (I could not be in town when they replaced and installed) and the beautiful work they did. I will be a repeat customer.

I had 2 windows that were ordered incorrectly which is understandable everyone makes mistakes. I had another window that was broken during installation. I attempted to contact Champion but the phone would ring but no one would answer during business hours. I finally got ahold of an actual person after several attempts on multiple days. The order was placed on 5/31/24 and I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. I waited 8 weeks and contacted them again. I was then told 12 weeks and that the plant was running behind. I find this very hard to believe when I placed my original order our windows were installed in 5 weeks. It's been 16 weeks now and still no windows and no response that I was promised at 12 weeks when I was in contact with them the last time. Very disappointing as I was a return customer. My first experience in 2017 was great. This has been horrible to say the least. I hope someone sees this that can make changes

So fare our initial visit with the salesman has been positive. Our windows have not been installed yet. Hoping for a smooth install. The salesman was not high pressured which is a big deal for us. He was professional, friendly and did a great job answering all our questions.

Good company nice guy

Took a year and 3 mos to complete a 5 window,, 1 door job. Product poor quality, have not noticed much of a difference in energy bills. Terrible customer service, missed appointment. Would never recommend this company

I would never recommend Champion for what we went through. We signed up at the Wichita Home Show, March 2023. We were told our "project" sunroom would be built in April or May! It didn't start until Sept! We were lied to the whole time we were waiting! One excuse after another. After the project was finished, in October 2023, we had a roof leak! Our own roofer repaired it and had to move the liability to him then. It was NOT a good experience! But, with a few leaks or repairs, they have done the work required. The employee coming out has been fine, but yet never knows what other work or problem has even been called in. Communication is terrible!!

In May of 2023, I bought new windows from Champion and that is a transaction I regret immensely over a year later. They will tell you about their lifetime warranties, which is what sold me but isn't honored by them after they have installed those windows. I have began filing civil litigation against them for this. Even their own salesperson apologized to me for misleading me and lying to me about what was promised, which was cold comfort after having spent well over five thousand dollars with them. There are many competent windows installers to pick from, this is not one of them.
