I had a great experience with Chancellor’s from start to finish. Callum and his manager provided excellent service, kept communication clear and professional throughout, and really took the time to listen and understand my needs for me and my family. They were helpful, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free by updating me regularly and they worked very well as a team by having good communication with eachother too, so i never had to explain anything twice. I would highly recommend Chancellor’s to anyone looking for reliable and attentive service.

I pay Chancellors Ascot office to manage 2 properties in the Ascot area. My experience is that they are good at finding tenants, but their property management service is absolutely hopeless and useless.
The property management staff do not answer calls, do not respond to emails and do not do what they say they will do.
I have used Chancellors to manage my properties for 15 years but will be terminating my agreement with them as soon as I can.

The central lettings team were equally as impressive, with Katie managing the regulatory aspects of the tenancy with a very reassuring, knowledgeable and approach. Everything worked. I had the absolute pleasure of requesting a property evaluation back in October and spending plenty of time on the phone with Oliver and Lauren. Despite their impressive ability to provide excuses and delays at every turn, the evaluation never quite materialised. Truly a masterclass in how to keep someone occupied without actually achieving anything — five stars for effort, if not for results.
As per feedback on other negative reviews, I won't be emailing you to discuss, so avoid your copy and paste message.
Avoid at all costs, other agents in the area far more accommodating.

Very good letting service , and poor property management service.
Tenants have to contact Landlord for support, because they” chasing Chancellors property manager for update without success”. And during last 10 days I tried to sort out coupe issues and I received same results,as tenants: no updates, emails/requests ignored.
tenants have to wait for weeks for simple kitchen tap replacement , or months for minor decoration works ;

We worked with Chancellors to rent out our property and overall had a very good experience. Hazem in particular was excellent – professional, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout the process.
The only drawback was that the initial asking price for the rental was set too high, which delayed finding a tenant. Once that was corrected, things moved much more smoothly.
Aside from that, their communication was excellent and they did a great job securing us a very good tenant. I would recommend Chancellors and especially Hazem for anyone looking to let their property.
