I had the nicest & most calming viewing with Angharad Parry at Bishops Meadow. Angharad seemed naturally understanding of what I was looking for. I was given plenty of time to absorb the property & surroundings.
Buying a house is a big thing so I appreciated her time & efforts given.

We moved to Chancellors after not having much success selling our home. Angharad has been proactive throughout and remained in constant communication during the process. Selling your home is a stressful experience but we feel that Chancellors and Angharad in particular helped us manage our stress. We are impressed and very pleased with the service we experienced.

Alys was so helpful in my search for a rental property, she always kept me updated on current properties and possible future properties. She carried out her work with a professional yet friendly approach and made me feel welcome to ask her any questions whenever necessary.

We found Angharad Parry professional, very friendly and personable. She went out of the way to show us a property at short notice. She had good knowledge of the property and the local area. If I was selling a property I would recommend her.

From our initial contact with Chancellors, Angharad was extremely helpful, friendly and professional; nothing seemed too much trouble and she was extremely patient. Angharad contacted us regularly when we were trying to buy a property and I am sure, that she played a vital role in securing our dream home at the price we were happy with. First time I met the manager, I didn’t like him.

Angharad Parry is an extremely professional estate agent who went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating In the short time we had to view properties in the Brecon area. She was prompt, efficient and knowledgable at the properties we visited, whilst on holiday in the area.

She referred us to a local Estate Agent to get a valuation as soon as we returned home and we were able to get the ball rolling!
