I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service and commitment from Chancellors and in particular Alys Barlow for the splendored work covering the rental of properties in Llamdrindod. Good service should always be acknowledged as we are always quick to criticise. Thank you
Chancellors keep you up to-date with prospective buyers, viewings, feedback and honest opinions. Very proactive in chasing prospective buyers which makes a difference. Great Photos , all appointments made and kept. Angharad has been very prompt in all email transactions and been a pleasure to conduct business with. All and all a very professional service. Our only slight area for growth would be that in the very early days some over optimistic views were given on prospective forthcoming offers, not an issue for us as we are well versed in the Ups/Downs of the selling process but maybe for first time sellers it may lead to false expectations being set. That said I would thoroughly recommend Chancellors and its Sales force as being one of the best we have ever dealt with and in our opinion the best in Brecon ! Thank you
