Chancellors can sometimes be slow when dealing with maintenance requests from tenants, and sometimes require repeat chasing up. But having a good property manager really helps. I was dealing with Coco Robert-Squire who was efficient and proactive in sorting out my maintenance issues in the rented property, and got the issues resolved pretty quickly.

The turnaround time with a new maintenance issue was fantastic. I sent an email to Chancellors to report a new (non-urgent) fault, received a phone call from Liveta almost immediately to confirm fault details and availability for a visit/repair. Liveta coordinated approval from the landlord and soon after a maintenance company called to check a couple of specifics and when would be convenient to come to the property. The whole issue was resolved perfectly within 24-hours, and I received a follow-up email and call from Liveta to confirm I was satisfied with it all. Couldn't be happier with this service and with my Chancellors experience overall.

I’ve had a generally positive experience with Chancellors, particularly with Molly Hunter, who has been very responsive and supportive throughout.
She has been helpful in coordinating works and maintaining clear communication, which I really appreciate. Any queries I’ve raised have been acknowledged and followed up in a professional and timely manner.
There have been a few minor delays with contractor attendance, which are third-party related and understandable. However, overall the process has been handled well and I’ve felt supported as a tenant.

Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.

Grace Betts is a a super property manager. She's calm, proactive, and very competent. She also picks up the phone! And she gets things fixed the very same day: which is completely exceptional, in our experience. We had several snarl-ups with our buy to let and Grace has sorted them all out. It's great to feel our property is being managed by such very safe hands.
