Best service I have received from an estate agents in a while! Izzy Gaine was professional and ‘on it’ with trying to find us a rental. Kept in contact regularly to update me on new properties and to see how my hunt was going, as well as to find more about my likes/dislikes in what I'm looking for! Honestly felt like she went above and beyond, I am keeping her business card for when I may need help looking for a rental in the future!

Izzy was friendly and very helpful, a pleasure to deal with. It was a shame that the property we were interested in was not available for viewing in time due to COVID restrictions and that we found a property elsewhere. We would like to thank Izzy for her kind attention.

I was supported by Izzy-Jay Davies-Gaine. She was the first week in her role and stood out by her pro-activeness, especially compared with other agents and agencies. She was professional and I felt really was trying to help us find our home, listening to our needs and putting forward appropriate properties.
We found a property and her manager also went out of his way to support our tenancy application. Unfortunately the landlords went a different route, but it was not for the lack of trying on behalf of Chancellors. Thank you.

The flat that I was shown was dirty which would have been better if it was clean first but the agent was very helpful and patient

Izzy at Chancellor's was extremely helpful and easy to deal with when we were looking for a property to rent. She was also proactive and on the ball with following up when we had questions. Great experience overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Amelia was very helpful about booking viewings that were ok with me. I am sure she showed viewers all the details of my house. She was able to help , when I was ringing with questions and sent me emails to update me on viewers reactions. It made the whole process very easy.

Izzy at chancellor’s was really helpful, I was hoping to move to a new area in the future and she made the process really easy. I am unfortunately no longer able to move but I would personally recommend chancellors and Izzy if you are looking to move and I will definitely use them again in the future.
