Chancellors - Didcot Reviews 

We recently sold a property through Chancellors, Didcot branch. This was a probate sale. We had excellent service throughout from Elizabeth and Megan. Both very helpful and professional throughout. Megan was a delight to speak to. We had a few hiccups due to our buyer's circumstances but Elizabeth worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track and unlock the sticking points. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Professional, clear, and to the point

We were recently shown around two properties by Megan. She was bubbly, friendly and easy to talk to. Megan was clearly knowledgeable about the properties and able to answer any questions we had. She was also quick to respond to any of our phone calls or emails after the viewings- she was always keen to help!

Megan has given me an exceptional 1-1 service with Chancellors. I get constant updates and polite conversation. Megan is quick to forward onto other colleagues areas that she doesn’t deal with herself to continue the service they provide.
I know my property is in good hands.

Jack was very thorough and was able to quote facts about multiple properties from the top of his head. He even made sure to send follow up emails for questions he couldn't answer on the spot. Great service.

Jack is one the best estate agent I have come across. We had an issue with the viewing and he was accommodating.

They are highly responsive. I always get solutions through then. Especially Amy, she is so helpful,

Overall we are happy with the service provided with Chancellors. There were some miscommunication with the third parties Chancellors work with. Perhaps they need to look into this and try to improve it.

Our main contact was Megan Antill. She was always very helpful and friendly and quick in her responses.

Great service throughout, Callum and his team offered a wealth or knowledge and experience through the whole process. At all times I could not doubt their professionalism and promptness in getting the property filled.
