They were very professional and organised, kept us updated with progress and would often chase queries where others involved went silent.
Particular thanks to our point person Megan, a phone call every week to check we were up to date.

We found our first time home all thanks to Brandon. I had initially spoke to him to enquire about another property in the same location that had sold, and he shared this property which was much better for us, so we immediately booked a viewing for the following day.

We met with Brandon who kindly showed us around and answered the 101 questions I had! We immediately put an offer in, and within a couple of working days, it was accepted - we couldn’t believe it, especially not after our disappointing house hunt experience we’ve had leading up to this point.

He’s been super helpful throughout the process, as has the rest of the team at Chancellor's.

We can’t wait to move in now and just have everything crossed that it continues to be smooth sailing.

What made my experience so great was knowing the sale of my property was in the capable hands of Nicholas Sampson at Chancellors. When I decided to sell my house the only Estate Agents that I wanted to put the property for sale with was Chancellors. This is because of my first hand experience with Nicholas when I was buying a property that was for sale with Chancellors a few years ago. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me, including dealing with Solicitors in Bristol who had not been as pro active as they should have been with the sale of a property I was selling. It was only thanks to the intervention of Nicholas that the sale went through and I was able to buy the property I wanted from Chancellors. I totally trust his advice and have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Oxfordshire. Nicholas is very personable, polite and extremely knowledgeable and he is always impeccably dressed. You could not ask for a more dedicated and proud representative for Chancellors.

The Didcot sales brunch has been really great leading the sale of our property in Didcot. The team - and especially Megan - are well organized, transparent, and on top of things. I really like that Megan called every week to provide an update, see if we need anything, and went the extra mile to resolve issues that primarily should have been resolved either by the property manager or solicitors. I would recommend the Sales Team at any time.

Having a great experience with them for the second time

Brandon did a great job of keeping me informed during the process and was always friendly when he called. We had lots of viewings, some of which he conducted for us and when we did find an interested buyer he was able to negotiate to get our asking price.

I have received excellent service from Brandon and the team. They were efficient and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend Chancellors and in particular Brandon Edwards to anyone.

Bryony clearly had several more appointments to go to but was very receptive to all of our questions and was fully attentive in answering to the best of her knowledge. The standard of the property was exemplary when compared to others in a similar price range.
