Chancellors - Didcot Reviews 

So incompetent. We're unable to keep any promises made about lettings. Made 3 offers on renting properties, each time wasn't fast enough, never call you back when they promise, have to be constantly chased. I ama leaving tenant with them, nearly impossible to get a "final word" on anything.
Will not be reusing, or recommending

Hopeless, letting agent! I wish I didn't have to use them, but as a tenant if I want to rent a property they are managing, then I have no choice. They took a credit reference before I signed any paperwork. Their online tenant passport requested access to my bank account which I wasn't happy with. I really don't know why they need to see how much money I have in my account. Then even though I provided a copy of my passport as ID, they insisted I go into a Chancellors branch to have my ID verified in person - maybe they thought I was an illegal immigrant! I'm not even in the property yet. I hope that things don't get any worse, I've had enough of Chancellors as it is.

Bryony has been excellent in communicating with me for finding the best property that matches my criteria. I highly recommend her.

This was such a positive experience! Moving house can be super stressful but Chancellors made it really easy. Bryony was my Lettings Agent and she was AMAZING!
