The experience from arranging viewings, through negotiations and right till exchange was excellent. Lloyd is very calm and took clear responsibility giving us a lot of comfort as first time buyers. We could trust him to deliver the asks in a timely fashion. The coordination with sellers, their solicitors and other parties was very smooth largely due to his management.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Lloyd and Chancellors team.

While this feedback was only for the specific purchase, we also appreciated the way Chancellors managed the viewings and sale overall. A few agencies and agents can be pushy, creating artificial urgency and basically trying to navigate your likes - we haven’t had this once with Chancellors!
