Thank you to Ciara for organising several appointments with a tenant to arrange different repairs and works, all of which seemed to need to happen at once. All done without fuss and solid communication.

Read agreements well. You can be trapped.

We had a great experience from teh chancellors. They were reaching us back after most of the enquiry we did. Especially we are satisfied with the staff member Josephine for her support throught out.

We were more challenging than other clients because we wanted to bring our pets over from Australia. Other real estate agents offered us no options, but Josephine and her colleagues actively identified appropriate properties and got us housed.

Myself and other tenant worked with Freya from Chancellors Headington to find a house to rent. She went above and beyond to help us secure the perfect home! Freya was extremely helpful in showing us several houses, sorting through our offers and facilitating communication with the landlord. She worked around the clock, oftentimes after hours, to help us find somewhere. In this rental market, having the right agent to work alongside makes a massive difference, and Freya made this extremely stressful experience much easier to go through.

This agent represented my application to landlord very fast, and the landlord accepted my application immediately, I really like the high efficiency. It would be even nicer, if the rest process could be faster. I am still waiting for the next step after I paid the one week holding deposit 3 days ago. I am getting worried if I can move in in time.

Francesca Deacon who works for Oxfordshire Property Management team has been very helpful. As have the other staff who are assisting with the rental of my house. Very quick to respond to e-mails, thorough, polite and good to work with.
