Tara was very welcoming and conducted the viewing in a friendly and professional manner. She sensitively offered the opportunity to view without her presence, which wasn’t necessary because she had given such a thorough tour. The property meets my needs perfectly. Tara has agreed to keep me updated if an offer is received and in respect of other suitable properties that become available.

The property was a little difficult to find. The property is beautiful and very well presented, has plenty of storage space and two good sized bedrooms. We thought the cottage a little small with only a small courtyard. There did not appear to be a local shop though there is a pub a short distance away.

Tara was friendly and well informed about the property. She gave us plenty of space and time for the viewing and agreed to follow up some queries for us.

A very personable young man met us on time at the property. He was informative about the property so obviously had researched it at length. He accompanied us but did not become over bearing or controlling but allowed us to view at leisure. I think there was only one question we asked which he was unsure of but immediately said he could find out and let us know. He told us about the surrounding countryside and the local area as we are from a different county and were unfamiliar with the location.

She was honest when asked questions. When bumping into her after the viewing whilst investigating the local area, she continued to be courteous and informative.
