Jordan from Chancellors has been great. He managed to find us a new tenant for our property just before Christmas which is a tricky time to let. He has been very efficient and kept us updated at each stage of the process. He has provided great customer service skills throughout.

I have been dealing with Nidhi Bajaj in search of properties and she has been excellent, willing to go above and beyond.
She would provide the information on time and does not shy away from obtaining the information from the vendors. Most estate agents would give a cold shoulder especially during these times when there are less properties on the market i.e. buyers market and would tell me upfront that the solicitors will deal with the matter... However with Nidhi she does keep to her promises.
She also tries to fit in when I am unable to view a property and does give a run down on the property before the viewing thus ensuring my time is not wasted. Thank you Nidhi
