I had the pleasure to meet Ruadhri Bates while I was looking for a new place in the area. Ruadhri has been extremely helpful and really honest with everything! He showed me the available properties that could interest me and within my budget, he answered all of my questions, he was really friendly! It was a great experience to check the apartments.

Everything was answered on site and he has a lot of patience. If I need to find a place in Notting Hill, I will definitely reach out to him.

I have been really impressed with Luke.

I moved over here around 1 week ago from Australia, and to say I was overwhelmed by the idea of having to rent a property (in what is a super competitive market) would be an understatement.

I contacted Luke via email requesting info relating to a couple of advertised properties. In Australia I would not have expected a response but Luke was fantastic? He asked my criteria, recommended properties and areas to consider and pursued me strongly (for an inspection) of what was ultimately the property that I have leased.

I have been looking for a flat for about 10 days now. I just moved here from America and not accustomed to city life and public transit. The way that we look for apartments is very different than in the Uk. My experience, up to Luke Osborne, has not been very good. I had encountered rude, hurried and flakey agents and then I met Luke. He only had 2 flats to show me but he was very polite, professional, patient with questions and didn’t make me feel like I was just one of a bunch of no one’s they were pushing through their day. I would highly recommend him to others.

Ruadhri is an accomplished letting consultant whose personal touch and understanding of a tenants needs was exemplary. Highly recommended. Will be liaising with them again.
