I moved from the U.S. and got in contact with Ruadhri who made me feel valued and showcased a genuine interest in not only doing business but making sure the process would be smooth and fast - given that I needed to move-in in a very short period of time. He conducts himself with honesty, and integrity, respect, has a professional demeanor, is highly responsive at all times, and made sure that as an international transplant I would have all the tools and information needed to obtain the flat. In the process of finding a flat I met with 10+ agents from which I can truly say Ruadhri was by far the best. The service provided by Chancellors have been great. Amy Stanborough Has been making the communication with the landlord smooth, fast and effective. She is always solving even the smallest inconvenience for us, with the fastest and kindest response. She provides an excellent customer support.

I had a significant issue related to the blocked drainage system in the whole flat. (Kitchen sink, bath, toilet). Ms. Amy Stanborough Not only cordially and attentively recorded and acknowledge the situation but the next day I had an engineer visiting my flat and solving the problem. Great customer service and resolution.

I chose Chancellors Nottinghill after two previous agents failed to sell my property. From my original consoltation with Chancellors I felt confident that they had the right attitude and they were on my side in what I was looking for. From the begining, they had buyers ready to view my property which was a good sign. After every viewing I received an update on what the potential buyer thought and on top of that I received a weekly update as well as a personal call from them to discuss any issues. The whole team assigned to my property were professional and kept me informed throughout the process. My experience working with Chancellors was extremely positive. Ruadrhi was quick and thorough in responding to all of my questions, even with a five hour time difference, and helped me secure a flat that met all the criteria I was looking for and was within my budget. I had some technical difficulties filling out my offer form and the team was so courteous and allowed me to make an offer anyway so I wouldn't miss out on the flat. Hugh was fantastic. In an industry that sometimes feels very sales focused, Hugh was a breath of fresh air. He was considerate, understood my requirements, and never tried to pressure me into something I did not want. He was frequent in his communication and extremely responsive on a daily basis.

Very helpful estate agents, by far the friendliest I've come across and generally honest and upfront in their approach. Great service from Ruadhri who was out main contact, but also from other staff over the phone who were all very responsive.

First of all, I really appreciated how smooth and well executed the contract was. Everything was well document, all the documents were in place, the inventory checkup is very comprehensive. Great experience.

Then, the property management is fantastic. Amy S is the property manager for the property I am renting, and she is great. She is helpful and professional, always follows up on any emails or phone calls I make but most importantly, she consistently resolves with the problems that I have with the flat. Be it leaks, broken appliances, anything really.
