I have been a Client of Chancellors for a good few years. I find their service reliable and consistent, with a true understanding on the dynamics of the local market. Moreover, I am always kept up-to-date on the progress of matters and given the opportunity to provide input in a timely manner. For example, in a recent matter related to a contract, Abbi T has been in contact regularly to provide updates and heads-up if and when an important communication was sent.

This is the first time we’ve used Chancellors and we’ve been impressed with the service we’ve received. We get weekly updates on the marketing of the flat, and regular calls from the manager regarding the level of interest and how the marketing is progressing, which we haven’t had from other estate agents in the past.
