It's great experience with CHANCELLORS especially there staff are highly trained and professional since I emailed ther state agent CHANCELLORS by midnight to enquire about a 3 bedroom house and I had a respond from Ms Loryn by phone in the morning who she was looking after my enquires and she's been very helpful .
Ms Loryn was arranging the viewings for me and she tried to help as much as she can because I am coming from Cardiff to London which is along distance she give me flexibility for viewing then she recommend me a stunning butiful house in Stanmore and now I am lucky to find this house by helpful staff .

Brilliant and professional service from Loryn, was patient at taking the time to explain the rental procedures.

Friendly staff, but extremely difficult to get hold of on the phone.
Booking viewings was an arduous process. I called daily on multiple occasions to try and confirm a viewing and could not get through to the branch.
When I did get through to the branch I still did not receive confirmation of my viewing.
Seeing properties seemed like a difficult task, especially considering I was moving from one city to London, my time in person was limited.
They did accommodate a viewing at last minute on a day I was available, however this took a lot of persuasion.
At times it felt like I was bothering the organisation by attempting to book a viewing.

Loryn, has been very helpful in our house search and information about each property and the whole team have been great during negotiations.

I went to view a flat through Chancellors. Their agent was Loryn She was waiting for me. She was Polite Punctual and Friendly whilst being professional.
She pointed out various things about the flat and answered questions without hesitation. The existing tenants were in the flat whist I was viewing and Loryn aware of was respectful and did not to encroach on their privacy.
