Great experience from original contact through to sale of property. I would have to say that I cannot fault the process and support we had along this journey. Steven and Lauren were brilliant to work with, and we would highly recommend anyone who wants to sell or purchase a property to contact them without delay.

I was very impressed with Lauren from our first meeting to view a 3 bedroom Flat in Virginia Water. She gave accurate information on the Flat and explained clearly what she cannot give information on. For example, the Garage. I was so impressed I would have given my offer on the Flat and what stooped was the distance between the property and the railway station and this still remains the only reason the property was not suitable.

5 Star is a very good rating to give any one but Lauren deserves this rating. She organised the view time, she prepared herself and offered feedback on any unanswered query / question and then she followed up. Other Agents have not even called me back. Well done.

Steven of Chancellors, Virginia Water, has been a real rock through out a very long and tedious time during our move from Devon to Surrey. We have been 'gaz-undered', had contracts near to exchange and then had one of the parties disappear to Cuba - without their mobile phone - had an offer refused because the Vendor changed their mind - and then they eventually decided to accept it - only for the contracts not to be signed at the last moment. Grant of Probate needed to be applied for - and that has taken 4 long months !!! In all that time Steven has been constantly on the watch for us - but at long last - today - all was resolved. Thank you Steven - for your patience - listening to the forlorn voices from Devon when it all went pear-shaped - and for being there, and being re-assuring when eternity seemed a long time !!!

Steven aldridge has been really helpful to us and thanks to him we secured our dream forever home in VW. I appointed Chancellors as co-agents a few months ago. Sadly for them the other agents have now sold my house.

However I would like to thank Steven Aldridge for all his support, efforts, efficiency, kindness, and patience in trying to sell my property. At all times he was polite, always returned my calls if not available at the first attempt. He showed many people around my house, and tried to negotiate offers for me. Unfortunately without success for him. And he sas warm with his congratulations and good wishes when I told him the bad news.
