We were fortunate to be in the competent hands of Stephanie and Reece. Both have been highly professional and I was surprised to hear that Reece is new to lettings because his committment to customer service is exemplary. He's a real credit to Chancellors, as is Stephanie, who is lovely!
We were shown some outstanding properties, one of which we hope to be moving into next month.

Owen Thomas met us at the property we were viewing on time and with a big smile on his face. He welcomed us in for a brief run through of the property giving us some key pointers into its features. He then left us to explore the property ourselves without his presence allowing us to freely look at what interested us most which was super helpful. There was no pressure, no sales pitch and overall a wonderful experience.

I viewed several properties with Reece and for each one he knew the house and what each of its different features confidently and able to answer all the questions I had. There was several queries that I had concerning the condition of one of the houses and he was able to reassure me the next steps of getting it fixed and suitable for the needs of myself and my family. He stayed in contact, was understanding when I wasn’t able to respond quickly and did everything in his power to offer reassurance and solutions to each thing raised.

Slick service from start to finish. Cam Watkins got it on the market in just over a day, agreed a sale strategy to get it sold urgently and then delivered what we wanted 6 days later. Ella was superb and only needed 1 day of viewings to get someone to offer what we wanted. Very proactive team and probably couldn’t have been any more straight forward.
