Such a helpful team. Megan and her team made finding a rental property so easy and kept us up to date for the process. They were easily the best agents we had contact with in our search.

We cannot recommend Chancellors — and especially Ella — highly enough. She truly worked her socks off to get both our sale and purchase through, and we are so grateful for everything she did. It was such a pleasure dealing with her — she genuinely cared, which made all the difference especially as it was quite tricky at times.

Ella arranged multiple visits to the house for us and, despite my many emails and calls, she was always so lovely, patient, and kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Her professionalism and calm approach kept us going when things got tricky, and we honestly don’t think we could have managed it without her.

I also want to mention the rest of the sales negotiators at Chancellors, who were always so pleasant and happy to help whenever Ella was out on a viewing. The whole team made the experience so much smoother.

My only slight suggestion for improvement would be to just cut out communication from the head office team. The communication from the Witney office was much nicer.

Julietta from the Witney branch, is helpful, friendly, professional. Easy to talk to and responses quickly.

The team have been exceptional throughout the process so far. They have talked us through every element, answered all questions and given us regular and helpful updates. Cameron should get a special mention for going above and beyond and always being there to support and guide us. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team are very supportive, always ready to listen and give positive advice. I have chosen to go with Chancellors in Witney as I am confident that they will make the whole experience of selling and buying a new property as stress free as they possibly can . They are a amazing team.

Buying a property is a very stressful time for most people. I certainly can say that it has been a long journey for me, but Jay has been very helpful, patient, and understanding. Still a long way to go but i hope to be able to count with his support.
