Chancellors have been excellent with their correspondence and communication with me from the beginning. They have also been particularly understanding with how difficult I am to get a hold of :). We felt extremely welcomed and she was very friendly to chat to and answered all our questions with so much detail. Serena provenzano has been absolutely fantastic on helping up with the sale of our house, we have evidence (doggy cameras) of a very professional attitude but easy to talk to and had most of the answers the buyers needed, for those she didn't know she contacted us for the information in a prompt timely fashion. As it was our first time selling Serena was very helpful in letting us know what to expect and what would be needed from us. And to top it all Serena actually got more than our asking price. We couldn't have been more happy with her selling our house.
Serena was thoughtful and compassionate and very hard working throughout, and is still there for us should we have a question.
